Remote works great and is very simplified relative to other universal remotes on the market.

Very nice remote has worked flawlessly. Geek squad had to program it for me, at extra cost.

I've been using harmony for awhile now and recommend them to all my friends. Very easy to set up but you must have wifi in order to setup.

Perfect Have owned 2 Harmony remotes. Have loved them both. Only downfall for this one is the app is not compatible with my computer. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. Also love the fact there is no battery on this one. But, not sure how long this will last.

This remote works way better than expected. I prefer tactile buttons and the new website is much easier to use than the older Harmony site.

Great Remote for the existing Harmony system at home. Easy to program and link to Google routines.

The hub itself seemed like it would be better. Takes the app AWHILE to start a function i.e pressing “Watch TV”, everything turns on as it should, but the app on the phone spins “starting activity” for quite awhile.

Once Geek Squad came out and did a few other things, which included programming this remote for pretty much everything in my house, its been great. I tried initially and I think I screwed it up, but that's my fault because I had a screwed up sound system to begin with. Anyway, worth the price if you have multiple pieces you need to have working together, and you can use your smart phone to control everything, which is awesome.
