I purchased this to pair with my Alexa and I am very happy overall. This is a great product thats easy to set up and use.

So far its been good for what I'm wanting it to do... it wasn't able to hook up to my Bose speaker even though it recognizes it so I'm not sure whats going on with that. But I mainly wanted it to work with my TV, Blu Ray Player, and Fire stick.

Combined all remotes into one and very easy to set up.

Logitech Harmony Companion is a great consolidator as it makes it easy to switch from one function to another.

This remote was so helpful when my tv didn’t come with a remote and I had to hook up everything to one remote!

Went from 4 remotes to 0 thanks to the harmony app. Initial setup takes about an hour but super worth it in the end.

This is one of the best things I've purchased for my home theater. However, the company has discontinued support, so I would look for something else unless you want to run the risk of it not working in the future.

Great remote! It plays flawlessly. Highly recommend. Colors are spot on.

I've used universal remotes in the past and there always seemed to be some glitch in the system. This one, set up for me by the Geek Squad, is seamless. It runs all of my components, which are out of site in a closet, without a hitch. It's compact and fits easily in your hand yet has enough space between buttons to avoid "fat finger" mistakes. The only suggestion that I would make is that they create a model that is back-lit so it would be easier to use in a darkened room. I readily recommend this product!

I have used harmony remotes for years. In my set up this time had a cabinet with solid doors so needed an IR remote/blaster. This product killed two birds with one stone. Got the whole system set up and got IR issues resolved. The bun itself also communicates with product through the net and by IR. The remote that hooks to the hub is RF so no more pointing. Great product and good service from Logitech.

The only thing ive had issue with is the remote not respond and had to reset the power on the hub .. I found it was pointed wrong so far haven't had issue now, great comfortable remote, nice app ... a little hard to grasp the setup but with you tube videos it helped cut out the confusion

It is so much more convenient to have one remote instead of trying to find which one does the function you are looking for ... I can't say I'm an expert on it, and there are still buttons I'm trying to figure out what they do, but I am very happy with this product!
