I bought this specifically to interact with my Amazon Echo and it works great. My only issue with it is that the Amazon functions aren't updated automatically. Basically if you make a change to the Harmony, you have to delete and re-add the skill on the Alexa app. Beyond that it works really great.

I actually haven't used the remote itself, as I've been using the included app with my phone and voice commands through Alexa. I can say that I'm completely happy with the purchase, even though I'm not using the device that's nominally being sold. I personally consider the hub itself to be worth the purchase price, as it's allowing me to control every device I have (Roku tv, audio system, PS4, VCR) conveniently from my phone. The remote does feel sturdy and well-made, though.
