Bought the Harmony Express and returned it for the Companion. Glad I did. Love this remote.

Bought this as a gift for my very techy son-in-law. Came highly recommended. He absolutely loves it!

I have been an avid fan of Harmony remotes for many years. I purchased this one after my last harmony died (after years of use). My only complaint is that since it doesn't have a screen, it is difficult to have the remote fix an issue if something doesn't turn on properly.

Combines TV, DVD player, sound system, smart plugs, etc. in one easy-to-use remote.

I have owned roughly 6 different Harmony remotes over the last 10 years. This is the easily best Harmony remote that I have ever owned. I like being able to use IR, RF, and bluetooth signals. However, the integration with Amazon's Alexa makes me feel like I'm living in the Jetsons house. The first time you say "Alexa, turn on the TV" and watch this remote automatically turn on your devices and set them to the appropriate input, it will give you the warm and fuzzies.

Somewhat simple setup (Harmony has removed support for modern Mac OS' separate issue) and easy operation. Hub falls off of WiFi about twice a year causing it to not function through the app but still works as a remote control.

It took several attempts to program this remote but I believe it was also my TV and receiver I had to turn off their ability to connect to all my units. Once I figure out how to do this, programming the remote was easy. Logitech should include this in there instructions. Anyway...so far...it is working great.

The product works great 90% of the time, but every two weeks or so, some of my components stop responding the control. Not sure if it is a harmony issue or an issue with my components, but otherwise works perfectly.

You can control a number of different devices,video, audio and Amazon tv. Easy set up for all your devices.

Upgraded from the Harmony 1100 when a friend told me about Alexa being able to interface. Works good.
