Bought the Harmony Express and returned it for the Companion. Glad I did. Love this remote.

This remote does everything we need it to do, and it is pretty easy to figure out.

It took several attempts to program this remote but I believe it was also my TV and receiver I had to turn off their ability to connect to all my units. Once I figure out how to do this, programming the remote was easy. Logitech should include this in there instructions. Anyway...so far...it is working great.

Somewhat simple setup (Harmony has removed support for modern Mac OS' separate issue) and easy operation. Hub falls off of WiFi about twice a year causing it to not function through the app but still works as a remote control.

I am a loyal Harmony customer. Of this particular model, I have purchased six. I have one in my bedroom, second and third bedrooms, my office, my parents house and now my brother-in-law's house. If you are switching from another Harmony remote, you can simply transfer the profile online (or through the desktop app) to make setup a snap. If you are starting fresh, just have the model numbers for your devices and setup will be relatively painless.

Harmony remotes are great. They replace all of the other remotes I use and setup is eay.

This is my second Logitech Harmony product in my house. Works perfectly.

I think this will be a really good tool in about 18-24 months. As of right now, I'll be returning it. There is an annoying delay from device to device, I never expect seamless but this is just clunky and non-working at some points. It seems the combination of bluetooth and wifi is holding harmony back?
