Easy to set up and so much better to have all remotes in one.

Great remote. A little hard to set up the first time, but it gets easier to understand. The WIndows app could use a redesign, but I don't think thats going to happen. Works with google assistant, and Alexa, but the integration with Alexa is problematic. Works fine for months, then quits for awhile.

I use it for my other room with tv, blu ray and amazon fire tv and it controls all of them

There are 3 "Very Professional" Geek Squad staff that are dynamite. Daniel, Constantin and Chad did a fabulous job. They had the patience, "can do" attitude....and "10" Star Customer Service. Their professionalism made this a stress free set up....and made life a lot easier for my wife and I. You "3" young people are awesome.

I'm writing this review two years after purchasing. Here's the lowdown. It can be a bit tricky to figure out all the finite details on how it works, and how you can add different actions. But I really like it. It's the only remote that my family uses. There is, of course, an app attached to it, but we all use the "companion" remote. I

Works like a charm. Didn’t have to point towards cable box or tv and works great.

I would buy the remote again and again. Easy to work.

The only issue that I have with the remote is that if you end up making a mistake or otherwise want to change a setup that you have created you have to delete the whole thing and start over. I could not find a way to edit or add new devices to existing controls.

No problems wi product, has worked fine. I have no complaints. none at all.

This is the best remote made, the hub also gives you many options.

But it’s not perfect. The thing don’t work well with Hulu it does good with Netflix it also is decent with other apps but if you lose WiFi it loses control of the tv

I have 4 of these. Easy to set up. Works very well.

I bought harmony companion and I really liked the product . In my case , I can control my tv , roku,soundbar and the lighting easily with one remote . It took me sometime to get used to it . Logitech harmony did a great job in including most of devices that requires remote in this product. I recommend that you check your devices compatibility on harmony website.
