The remote is very to use. I have tried others but this by far the best bang for the buck.

I had a previous version of the Harmony remote and it stopped working one day so I bought this one and I'm not as fond of as the previous version. I can't find the Input I need for turning on Netflix with the remote so I may be returning it when I have time.

Very easy to setup and program. Controls multiple devices.

This is a really cool remote but we returned it because we use Alexa for everything. It’s overkill to have a smart hub and this remote. $200 is a lot just to have it turn the channel.

The home companion works great,I use my iphone and ipad as remotes, setup was very easy!!

I have been using Logitech products for several years. I know that they are fine.

This remote is not the top of the line. One of the negatives is that it does not sync with the power or volume with the TV. We do like the fact that it let’s us keep our electrical components in a closet not under the TV.

I installed this Harmony system in a second home that we rent out to friends and family. Somehow, with a 'standard' all-in-one remote, renters continuously got the system out of sync (no sound, wrong TV input, etc) that I would then have to walk them through over the phone. Now I can remotely fix whatever situation they may have gotten themselves into. And, I like to use it when I'm there...

Everything works fine but flipping between screens can be a little cumbersome. Also you have to wait til you get a vibration before you can screen up or down with the multipurpose button. I’d rather have a quick responding dedicated button.

Harmony never disappoints. Setup gets easier with every new release. This model can be used via simple remote anyone can understand or by app on phone, will control ANY device with IR control, and most with RF, can be hidden in cabinets if set up correctly. Harmony for cost, value and performance.

Programs very easily. And it worked great first time and each time so far.

The remote is good for simple systems (we have ours with an apple tv and cable box). The remote can support a sound system as well, but is limited beyond that. Make sure you have room for the hub since that is what sends the signals.

Easy to program and was able to control all my sources including Sonos amps.
