I love this remote. Finally solved having multiple devices.

I purchased this to run my home theater equipment via Google Home and it has worked out pretty good. Their app is weak and takes some trial and error, but it does integrate with Google Home so I'm happy. As far as connecting to different devices, that part has had no issues at all. Highly recommend for home automation.

Remote is easy to setup and works tv stereo and hue lights

It’s okay. I thought it would be a fix all to my problem. It won’t turn the fire tv on because it connects via Bluetooth. You have to cut the tv on first and then the remote works

This device removed 3 remotes from our rotation. Able to control so much with 1 device. The only negative is when 1 smart device like our Roku HD streaming stick had a software update, the Harmony Companion was unusable till it had a compatible software update, which was about 7 days later.

Having so many remotes can get confusing the simplified the whole process .

This remote is fine during daylight hours but in a dark room the small, unlit, buttons are a real problem. I think it is really designed for someone with a smart phone which I am not.

Love it, love the hub. I DO NOT like that there is no 30 second skip even though the Direct TV remote it was supposed to mirror does. Doesn’t show up in the app either. That’s why a 4 and not a 5.

Works decent. It sometimes get confused with what is off or on with Google home but works great for the most part. Love Bluetooth remote it works through walls. Phone app works flawless

When my laptop was telling my I had no anti virus and was going slow I stopped in and they do this kind of thing. It was no hassle with them taking it and going what it needed. Great service and extremely professional. The geek dept. clerk helped me with a few other items I needed in the store.

This remote replaced 5 individual remotes, it is well worth it!
