When you have multiple devices that use RF and IR

Amazon Fire TV/Sticks use Bluetooth RF remotes while most cable boxes use IR remotes to control multimedia systems. Logitech’s “Hub” remotes (Companion and Elite) can control all such devices, eliminating the need to use multiple remotes.

This model is a big improvement over my old remote. The only thing I would change is to make the number buttons larger.

Great remote but a little difficult to set up.

But, it can take several attempts to get everything working correctly. Lots of tweaking. But once, it is working, it does a great job. We have an earlier version of same remote in the family room. Using this on in the bedroom.

Universal Remote

Logitech has discontinued manufacturing of reasonable priced remotes. Once configured it has operated my connected devices well. No complaints. I still available the ability to add three more devices (5 connected presently)
