This is my second harmony device to put in my house. I added this one to my bedroom. They are easy to setup but they become more complicated as you get more specific and add voice control through Alexa but the end result is great!

Great with Alexa. Great for iPhone. Takes some getting used to for programming. Still a work in progress. Should have went with LCD remote.

Helped clear a lot of remotes off the end table. Phone app walks you through the setup process. So far pleased with it. Controls my Bose where last universal didn't

Good remote for the money. Doesn’t have a screen which would allow more devices and easier to use but does the job.

Quality feel, and many options! I was able to replace this with my tv remote, speakers, ps4 and google home. One remote for entertainment. Got it on sale for $100, I’d say it is well worth it

The features this remote offers for the price is a great value. I paid more for the previous remote and this one does the same and more!

The Logitech Harmony remotes are the best remotes out there. It is unfortunate that Logitech discontinued these.

My only gripe is that these remotes don't have backlit keys. Also, you don't have the option of programming smart home keys for other things.

I purchased this item after some research and i am glad i did! This remote does everything that that three remotes did before with no problem. I am very satisfied with this and recommend to anyone who need a multi-functional remote.

This is my third Logitech Harmony Companion and this one works just like the others. All my info is transferred over to the new remote making it very convenient.

Got this because it actually works with the ps4. Side note...you still have manually turn on ps4 but remote will turn it off.

Replaced an older harmony remote with this one. The hub is the key feature. Much better signal strength from it compared to previous remote. App,works well with it. Easy to transfer settings from previous setup.

Will probably not keep this device. Very hard to set up and couldn't get app to work. Called tech support and waited forever to talk to someone.

Got this on sale and it was worth the price. The limit of activities kind of sucks. But connecting to this via Google Home - amazing.

We went from 7 remotes (TV, SmartHub, Cable, Roku, DVD Player, PlayStation, Vizio Soundbar) down to 1. Also, I don't have to keep hitting the input button a bunch of times to jump from one device to the other. Well worth the money!

Works perfectly except they should do away with the double move when u press the arrow buttons and stick with just one click one move

Issues connecting to a Google OnHub, but once it was connected it worked well. I almost returned it.

I have owned a couple of Harmony remotes over the years and have always been pleased with them. Not so with this one. I purchased the Home Companion primarily for its ability to interface with smart home products, including Amazon Echo, and it performed admirably in this area. Unfortunately, it failed to measure up in its basic function of entertainment unit control. PROS: Home control functions worked fine and Echo Alexa loved it. Setup was as easy as most Harmony products. Large database of entertainment products. CONS: No back lighting on hand unit. The big one! Erratic and unpredictable control performance. Units (TV, Blu Ray, sound bar, etc.) might, or might not, turn on and when they did their function (correct input, etc.) might, or might not, be correct. After spending three frustrating days, I finally returned the product to Best Buy. I hope that most Harmony products function better than this, but it's unlikely that I will ever find out.
