works okay, cannot get some apps, need some help..

I purchased this because I needed a way to have a remote function for components mounted in a media closet away from the main TV. Installation was easier than I thought. However, there are times when using the one touch "activities" that certain equipment does not stay synced. Phone app works better than the actual remote does.

Could do more but it does what I need. The lack of Wemo compatibility is a definite negative.

Bought this to work with my Roku with RF. I had a little trouble setting it up but once I did it works great. Very happy with it.

I messed around for 2 days with this remote and could not get it to be a one stop shop for me...iTunes just simply too complex and too customizable (if that's possible). I am not a boomer...I am a tech savvy person and typically and early adopter. This one pushed my patience.

I love this item, it connects with Alexa and I can control the channels and volume using Alexa

I like that you can sync all your devices to this product and have no wires exposed!
