Best look and feel of any harmony remote. Still needs more function buttons.

Best universal remote on the market. Shame Logitech is discontinuing.

After programming, you have the ability to control all of your devices with 1 remote. If only it worked on children, spouses, etc. That would get 6 STARS!

Sonos systems did not work well with this remote. Could not use all the feature

It’s the best on the market. Setup can be a little frustrating but once you got it going, you won’t wanna use more than one remote again.

Once again Logitech has let me down. After 2 days of trying and 4 hours on the phone with "customer service" I have returned this remote. It is RF to the hub and then IR to your equipment......what a joke!!! Harmony offered me 35% coupon for my "trouble" and after several months I have received nothing!!

Great remote but it take a lot of time to create activities

Relatively easy to program. Works ok when activity turns on properly. However, activities frequently go out of sync after turning off the power resulting in activities not turning on properly the next time the system is turned on.

I absolutely love this remote.... I dont even use the remote my phone is the remote. This allowed me to automate my projector with smartthings.

This is money well spent if you want to get rid of all your remotes and have one touch access to everything.

Love logitech remotes, have had them in the past. Still have them in my other high end seasonal rental condos.

Excellent functions. IR works across room. Remote lacks backlight, and that it is biggest issue.

This is my first universal remote, which means my expectations are very minimum. Everything works on it, and that's all it matters to me.

Took a lot of time and effort to connect to WiFi. Hard to program since my TV hung from the wall. The app is very challenging to work with. I had problems with connections and had to reprogram the remote.

Seemed like a great idea, but I could not get it to work the way I wanted to. Maybe I missed something? Maybe I thought it could do more that what it was able to do? In the future, just might have Geek Squad come and set up home system.

I really like this remote. It is small, and I also like that we can keep the doors shut to the entertainment center now.

Ugh what a great product and so sad to see them go :(
