Challenging

The app is very challenging to work with. I had problems with connections and had to reprogram the remote.

Meh... but lack of alternatives

But we also have a Tech support team that works specifically with the Harmony remotes. In case you have any issues, you do have a 1 Year Limited Warranty that can be used to get a replacement. Hope that helps.

Overall good but hard to program

For example, we can't get it to do what the roku remote currently does. If we could figure out that, we'd be in better shape. Should be easier to figure out.

Tv not in their server

I happen to have a Sharp Aquos that was made by Hisense and it is hard to program and get support for it

Just Ok

I have had to reset mine a few times and the last one just flat stopped working. We switched away from cable and over to streaming and just use the Amazon remote. Controls everything I need to include sound system.

Connection Issues

I ended up randomly selecting another Samsung TV model to get things to work. The App will randomly not connect to the hub sometimes. I would say overall it is not always reliable.

Very frustrating

Have to turn on and off to get the system to reset. The sensors do not always find the proper equipment to turn on. Not worth the money. Very expensive. Would not buy again
