I had the Geek Squad at my house to hook up a brand new receiver and the tech recommended i get this to connect all my gadgets. He had 1 in his truck,conveniently, so i said okay. It is NOT what i expected. It its slow, never srems to connect, i push the tv button multiple times and finally after 5-10 tries it turns on. I also paid the guy $50 to set up. Not worth it to me in my honest opinion and either im returning or upgrading and hopefully it works. The remote was pricey then they tack on 50 to just set it up. Sadly im not happy with this last min purchase.

This remote is small and nice to use. It was a little difficult to set up for me.

I like this Harmony remote better than the more expensive one.

One remote for all activities sounds to good to be true! Difficult to program and instructions online hard to follow. Have had for over a month and still not programmed properly

Its good when it works. I wanted to have a remote that controlled everything but the configuration is hard to figure out. I had it set up to control my TV, cable box, and soundbar. Doesn't seem like much but having it to turn one thing on will usually turn the other off, and its been a headache to use. Didn't make things any easier. I've also passed the return window so now its just e-waste sitting their until I resell it or something.

Great purchase, works amazing with Alexa. Hoping to get Google Home control soon.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Get the length you need plus a bit extra.

There are other Logitech Universal Remotes out there that can do almost the same thing. Sure this one controls lights and whatnot, but how many homes are automated? $300 is a lot for a remote.
