No need for the remote, use your phone and control the entire system!

I would highly recommend this product. The sales rep was very knowledgeable.

Touch screen was supposed to be easier and was expensive up grade. No sure that it was worth the up grade but we are working with it to see if we can get the hang of it.

Use it in home theater to control all components and Hue lights.

The Product seemed to be have promise until I actually setup the hub. It’s very difficult to operate the promote as a universal remote and the app is clunky and confusing. I’m a very intelligent person, and I found it confusing to use the app. This product has so much promise of they just fix the app and make it more user friendly I would at least give it 3 stars

Always heard about Logitech Harmony but never knew how capable it was.

Once set up it becomes a master controller for our house

I spent too many hours last evening trying to program this remote to work for 3 activities and 5 devices using the tablet app. I failed. The app interface forces you to go through baby steps that don't quite fit what you want to do and providing no way to go back or see a "whole view" where you can click, indicating "that's what I want". You think that you were successful and then, frustration, no the TV input didn't change from HDMI 1 to HDMI 3 for the Apple TV activity. Then the remote buttons didn't work for the Blue-Ray Player. Have you thought of throwing the remote at the TV? I did. Then I tried the alternate of using my MAC, as I had with other Harmony remotes, where I was successful. That bombed. Harmony has not kept up with Catalina or Big Sur and RECOMMENDS YOU DON'T UPGRADE TO THE NEW OPERATING SYSTEMS, just so you can program the remote. As if that is going to happen!! This company has lost its way. It had a good thing going with the huge catalogue of devices and the hub system and IR blasters with RF and Bluetooth technology. This remote has been around since 2016. I figured they would have worked out the bugs. But the programming interface SUCKS after all this time! Don't buy this remote.
