Using it for basic surveillance. does a great job.

Bought the camera to Skype / Live Message with relatives in Scotland. Picture looks good at my end, and both picture and sound quality are reportedly great at the other side of the connection. Was easy to set up and use. Sits nicely on top of my monitor, or my laptop. Only thing missing is a privacy shade that you can slide down in front of the lens if you want to. I have that feature on my other Logitech web cam.

Got mine on sale for 40. Video quality is good and sound doesnt seem to be an issue EXCEPT when using logitech's video chat service. (works great on facebooks video chat). Still great for the price.

Overall good quality and price, you can use it for pretty much business or pleasure.

Does what it's suppose to Work great with Skype, no issues

Bought webcam so I could skype with relatives overseas. Work the 1st time with out any problems. Quality of video is good and I have not see any issues with the auto-focus feature. Recommended to my father-In-law and he had no problems setting up either.

Great webcam and it was on sale. Easy to set up just plug in and was on skype in about 3 minutes.

This works very well for me when skyping with my grandsons in Texas. I have very little hesitation that I have with some other setups. MIcrophone appears to work quite well also.

I purchased one for me, one for my son, and one for my daughter who lives in Arizona. I love seeing & talking to them & seeing my great grandchildren as they are growing up.

Excellent web cam..software installed easily and the picture is sharp.

This was a good purchase for once, and I would recommend it to anybody who asked me.

The product works. My only complaint was the software for Windows 10 did not launch as described, and the web link for support documentation did not work. I was able to find the installer download manually at logitech.com and got it running.

I bought this webcam as a gift for my mom for her birthday so that we could Skype to keep in touch. It was very easy for her to install and start using so I was really pleased! 15 minutes into the conversation it just went black and quit working. We must have just gotten a dud or something because the other reviews are really great. I guess the main reason for writing this review is for the exchange process. I had to send this webcam to my mom a couple states away and I bought it a few weeks before I sent it. She lives about 120 miles from the nearest Best Buy. When she went to exchange the webcam for a working one (bizarre concept, I know) at the Best Buy in Grand Island, NE said the employees just said no! Even though it wasn't her fault that the webcam was a dud. Customer service was incredibly rude to her and made her feel like it was her fault for getting a faulty product. After that experience I will seriously re-think buying any gifts from Best Buy. I guess I will just have to find another place to get my electronics.

Recently added a HD monitor and wanted a HD camera to compliment this monitor and this was an absolute great chose.
