    I tried installing this and from the first time it wouldn't install correctly. My audio worked, computer said everything installed fine, and yet it would not detect the webcam. I spent HOURS installing, uninstalling, reinstalling, again and again. I should have bought the Microsoft cam instead. Always problems with Logitech, and support is limited to calling (they are pacific time I am central) or email. Maybe they will figure out their issues. I coudnd't believe others had NO problems with installation.

    The webcam stopped working after less than 6 months. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers several times and all four usb ports on my computer. For some reason the camera is now busted.

      Hi, sorry to read your C525 webcam stopped working for you suddenly. Sometimes the webcams stop working because the platform that it's being used with needs to do updates or you have to tell the computer in the app settings to use the webcam as the default.
