    I was unaware that a keyboard did not have a volume control. This one does NOT have one. The keys stick, sometimes double type. A big disappointment!! if I were able, I would return it to Best Buy. The shift button does not always work. You often have to lock the CAPS button, and then, unlock after to type the rest

This keyboard not only is premium build quality, it also has a substantial difference in the typing experience compared to the K120.

    This is the second entry level Logitech keyboard I've had where the lower case e functions as an alt tab. Very annoying. I returned it for credit.
