    Johnny was GREAT! He was courteous, kind and did not belittle me for my lack of knowledge. He knew just what to do to fix my problem and did so quickly and gladly and above all showed me how to take care of the problem should it ever happen again Best of all he was honest and fair, he could have charged me any amount and I would not have known the difference. I will long remember Johnny Reynolds and your Geek squad

    I never took it back but that was cause I was busy and did not have time to mess with it. It will get replaced though. It works fine no problems there but I do not like the keys they are too small and the travel is too long. YMMV
