    The keyboard is a standard type with numeric keypad. It responds well and helps considerably, instead of typing from my laptop that has no numeric keypad. The only drawback (which is minor) is that one has to remember to turn it on and off to keep the batteries from depleting. I have owned one of these before and it worked well. My liked it , so I gave it to her and bought this one.
