K360 wireless Keybosrd

Worked only some of the time

Every other day the keyboard would have a delay in what was typed. I would restart the computer and it would be fixed but this is unacceptable. It should work always. I will be returning it and will try an HP wireless.

not even worth one star

(now using my touch screen) i was assured by a best buy rep that this keyboard would be a good fit. placed my order and picked it up today (black Friday) finally got home only to find out i got the defective one. the port that was supposed to be included wasn't and now i cant even get a hold of anyone. Waste of money. i hope tomorrow Best buy will give me a refund

Garbage

I changed the batteries and nothing. In the trash it goes. I would not recommend and will not be purchasing Logitech in the future.

Posted .Hi Amber, sorry to see you're unsatisfied with your K360 keyboard. You can reconnect the keyboard to the receiver with the Logitech Unifying Software: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025297913. This should fix your issue. If it doesn't, you do have a 3 year limited warranty that can be used to have a replacement sent out to you. Hope that helps!

Watch out forehead

But if you are trying to type and take notes while listening to an audio its impossible, keyboards are very loud while typing that a cheap built and something I can tolerate , if loud buttons don't bug you that's a 5 star keyboard right there but if you trying to work in home office or next to someone one i am pretty sure that keyboard will end up thrown out of the window or right in your face

Keys too loud and high/tall.

Keys are too far apart

I can decently type without looking and this key board makes it challenging to type. PRO: The key board it's plug & play. All you need to do it plug in USB and turn on.

Tilt legs broke easily

Missing wireless receiver

They were not in the battery compartment, in the spot for the receiver. I can understand one missing, but the replacement also? Got me to suspecting that these keyboards are returns being sold as new?

Bait and switch

Posted .Hi Magnus, I'm sorry to hear that your purchase did not have the Unifying receiver. The K360 should have the Unifying Receiver denoted with the orange star symbol. The MK360 does not come with the Unifying Receiver, it will have a Nano Receiver. If you are within the return policy for the retailer please check with their customer service for assistance. USB stub was not in the battery compartment
