    It’s trash. Worked the first time I used it. Been on calls with customer support. It shows up connected as a Bluetooth device but the keypad does not work. Do not buy! There’s a reason why it’s inexpensive.

      Hello, AnthonyjA! I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the K380 keyboard. If you haven't already, I would recommend swapping the batteries and deleting the K380 from your computer's devices and re-pairing it. If neither of these options work, or you have already tried them, I would recommend factory resetting the keyboard. To do this you'll want to make sure your K380 is turned on, then push the following keys: Escape, O, Escape, O, Escape, B. If the reset has been successful you should see the lights above the Easy-Switch 1, 2, and 3 keys blink. Then you should be able to re-pair the keyboard to your computer. Thank you for this feedback!     Keys are very mushy, I don’t expect a great keyboard at this price, but I still couldn’t understand the choice of using a circular key, why make the keys smaller when the keyboard itself is tiny enough already? Not recommended for ppl with bigger hands. It only does it’s basic job, nothing more nothing less.

    The keyboard is ok does what it's supposed to do. Didn't realize how much I use the screen on my laptop to illuminate it's keyboard. Sooo this keyboard is basically useless for me because I am in a very dark space when I would be using it. I'll probably give it to someone that can use it.
