I have attached a link to the K380's "Getting Started" guide for your reference. Here you will find product guides, software downloads and further support. When pairing to a device, there will most likely be a pin that will appear on your device. You will want to type the pin into the keyboard and press enter to complete the pairing.     Ordered online with guaranteed next day delivery, only to be advised of shipping delay after my purchase. When this keyboard arrived, I opened the sealed bag to find the keyboard box was actually opened- not even closed in the bag. Batteries had already been installed, fingerprints all over the keys. Not acceptable quality control to ship USED item as new! Bad experience! Item returned to store immediately.

    I purchased this Logitech keyboard to use with my iOS products. I am blind and was needing to learn how to type on a keyboard again. The problem with this keyboard is that the keys have to be pushed down so hard all the way down to type. It was very uncomfortable. I am returning this product.

    bluetooth connection kept failing and the keyboard kept glitching out and pathing the keys to different actions. It was super frustrating. Dunno if I got a lemon or if it's just a crappy design.

    The worst Logitech keyboard I have ever used, keys don't work very well and s key would stick after 3 days of use. Also I never got my reward points back when I returned it.

  • Better than waiting for a repair job

    My laptop is 5 yrs old, and some of the keys would not print so rather than get the thing repaired, I chose to get a new keyboard , its bluetooth , so it was working after a few minutes,it'll sit on my laptop keyboard surface without touching the the bottom row of keys of the laptop. it has all the keys that I need, including volume controls, you can use 3 different items to pair it with. The only thing I don,t have is backlighting the keys

      Thank you for your feedback. Sorry you are having issues with your keyboard. Here are possible solutions:
      If your keyboard is not working, the problem is likely to be a lost connection. The connection between the keyboard and the USB receiver can be lost for several reasons. Make sure you have fresh batteries in your keyboard. Make sure your keyboard is turned on. Make sure the USB receiver is securely plugged directly into a working USB port on your computer. Turn your computer on download the correct version of Logitech SetPoint Mouse and Keyboard Software. The connection between the keyboard and the USB receiver can be lost for several reasons, including:
      • Low battery charge
      • Moving the USB receiver from one USB port to another
      • Moving the USB receiver to another computer
      • Plugging the USB receiver into a USB hub, KVM switch or other unsupported device. (NOTE: Your USB receiver must be plugged directly into your computer.)
      • Using your wireless keyboard on metal surfaces
      • Radio frequency (RF) interference from other sources
      If you need further assistance, please contact Logitech Support on the website.

If you are looking for a comparable full-size keyboard option, K780 may be a good fit. I have attached a link to K780 keyboard on BestBuy.com for your reference.
