    It’s trash. Worked the first time I used it. Been on calls with customer support. It shows up connected as a Bluetooth device but the keypad does not work. Do not buy! There’s a reason why it’s inexpensive.

      Hello, AnthonyjA! I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the K380 keyboard. If you haven't already, I would recommend swapping the batteries and deleting the K380 from your computer's devices and re-pairing it. If neither of these options work, or you have already tried them, I would recommend factory resetting the keyboard. To do this you'll want to make sure your K380 is turned on, then push the following keys: Escape, O, Escape, O, Escape, B. If the reset has been successful you should see the lights above the Easy-Switch 1, 2, and 3 keys blink. Then you should be able to re-pair the keyboard to your computer. Thank you for this feedback!
