So I bought the Logitech K400 keyboard because I needed something for my TV (let's face it, typing using a remote just plain sucks). Not wanting to break the bank on something fancy, I went with the budget friendly "old model on sale to make room for new model" item priced at a 33% discount (woohoo!). As a keyboard, it functioned just fine. It felt pretty cheap and flimsy, but that's because it is (cheap materials). So why the 5-star rating? Well, despite is look and feel, it functions 100% and can take a beating! I have two little ones, and let's just say they're not very delicate with inanimate objects... This keyboard has taken more abuse than a bad comedian has taken rotten tomatoes (ok, bad analogy, no one really throws rotten tomatoes anymore, but you get the point), and this thing just keeps on ticking! The durability was a pleasant surprise (not that there is much sensitive electronics in a keyboard, but the wireless transmitter is definitely well protected and the relays (between the keys and the transmitter) are top notch in my books! For the price, you can't go wrong! Do not get this mixed up with the newer model: K400 Plus. I can't vouch for that one, but I liked this one so much I purchased another one for my other TV.

This thing is so convenient i dont need my computer next to me anymore. Great use if you use tv as your monitor.

This keyboard is great. It comes in handy at work. Easy to set up you just plug in the dongle and your ready to go. No more mouse getting tangled up!

Wireless connection is strong. My media PC is installed in the coat closet in the entry of the house and this keyboard works in the entertainment room.

this is a great keyboard and I love it and I went and brought another one. And I am getting another I have two black keyboards and want a white one.

This is a nice wireless combo mouse and keyboard that provides excellent range. In my case I use it for control of my media center PC from my couch.

Use it in LR for my TV. Works well. Good feel and trackpad. Connected to Samsung TV immediately. CON; not all apps allow the keyboard to type in them.

This keyboard is great for anyone who has a computer connected to their tv. Would be better if it was backlit.

This is my third K400 keyboard. I've used the first two for over three years without problems. I use one to control my couch/living room/media center laptop. Another is used as a keyboard/touchpad to operate another laptop on a desk without a lot of room. The new one will be used when Bluetooth keyboards and mice won't work (getting into BIOS, etc.). There are many things to like about them: they're higher quality than most other cheap wireless keyboards, they just seem to work as soon as you plug in the USB dongle, and they're about as compact as they can be and still be easy to use. Things I don't like are the lack of a backlight, the touchpad/mouse click is finicky, there's no TV-On button, and the arrow-keys are not easily used. All in all, though, it's a really good compromise of price and utility. I like it.

Love this keyboard. Easy setup with my Samsung tv. I really enjoy the finger use of the build in mouse, dont have to search for a misplace mouse.

The distance for this device is amazing. I can sit on my couch, which is a good 15 feet, and work of browse.

Keyboard is light and works well. No range problems. Would be nice if the keys were backlit but can't complain for the price. Good value for money.

If your looking for a really good wireless keyboard then I definitely recommend this one!

I use this for my Raspberry Pi and I like the on/off switch as it allows for longer battery life and it immediately works after you switch it on.

This keyboard works from the next room where much more expensive wireless keyboards from Microsoft that I tried couldn't even work at 6 feet.

It is a handy keyboard with built in touch pad. Even though keys are little smaller for large hands.

I needed something small and compact for my Intel compute stick! This fit beautifully and is perfect for my needs! Definitely worth the buy!
