She was just great. She figured out a way to help me use it that was very easy and similar to having my last keyboard. When this stops working all you have to do is change the battery instead of buying a whole new keyboard. I wish I knew her name but thank you whoever sold it to me

Wonderful product for iPads

The setup is very simple, connects quickly, and is exceptionally functional for every day use. The multi-device connection is also handy. It is lightweight and has a fairly slim design, small enough to put in a bag with your device for travel. It can absolutely be used on your lap as well, and has a built in slot for about a 10" Ipad. I use this keyboard mainly for my Ipad & it works wonderfully! I am more than satisfied with my purchase.
