great idea, but sloppy keys are a fail

The idea behind this keyboard is fantastic: switch between phone, laptop, etc (bluetooth connected) with a switch. It even has a holder for a tablet or phone. Unf, the key action is just terrible: loose and wobbly and difficult to type. I would gladly pay twice the asking price had they equipped it with decent keys. Hopefully they'll do better in the future. For now, this isn't for me.

Posted .Hello Dave. Thank you for sharing your experience and concerns with the K480 keyboard. I'm sorry to hear that the keys aren't up to par for the typical Logitech product experience. Have you tried the K780? It is also a 3-device keyboard with a tablet/phone holder, but it is a full keyboard with the 10-key on the right hand side. It will fit up to an iPad Pro 12.9 inch in landscape, or even 2 devices in portrait. The keys are a lot more stable and I feel like the keyboard overall is more comfortable than the K480. Keyboard goes haywire
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When i turn on my pc, and start to type anything. for example, If i press the letter 'y' on the keyboard, 20 y's appear. I have to type very slowly so i doesn't mess up. Not sure why it does that. :/

Cheap plastic

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i love this keyboard so why do i give it a negative review - it breaks. apparently the build quality is a problem. several keys stopped functioning which is a sign of a wiring issue. Still i really liked the design. I am thinking of buying another one especially now it is on sale. trust me, i will buy the extended warranty. that's saying something as i never buy extended warranties.

No cases

(It was too narrow for both my iPhone SE w/Otterbox and LG Sytlo 2 Plus w/Incipio.)

Poor typing

Anyways it always is a pain in the neck as it doesn’t recognize all they keys typed unless you press really really hard. Will replace very soon. Example: “s is at s recnized an what is nt.”

Glitches too much

It keeps typing when I do not touch the buttons. I shut it off and put it in the box. I'm disappointed in what Logitech made. It malfunctions and going to be returned. Do not buy this!

My iPad 11 won’t stay put. Falls right over

Posted .Hi Jenna, Very sorry to hear about the issue you're having with your iPad 11 not fitting into the cradle for the K480 Bluetooth Multi-Device Keyboard. The cradle was designed to hold most phones and tablets up to 10.5mm (0.4 inches) thick and 258mm (10 inches) wide which your iPad 11 just exceeds. Might I suggest using Logitech's K780 (https://www.logitech.com/en-us/products/keyboards/k780-multi-device-wireless-keyboard.html?crid=1537) which is a fuller option with a more supportive cradle that will hold up to 12". Some other great options would be Logitech's Folios. The Slim Folio Pro and Folio Touch should work with your iPad 11 (https://www.logitech.com/en-us/ipad-keyboards?view=498&compProducts=13251,13498). Several keys not working!

Don't waste your money
