Decent TV keyboard, but could be improved!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First of all, this is a TV keyboard, so I think you have to rate it based on that, and not as a normal keyboard you would use in a day-to-day desktop setting. With a TV keyboard, you get the smaller keys, some missing keys / combined keys you would normally find on a full-sized keyboard in trade for portability and not taking up too much space on a couch or coffee table. That being said, I found the keys to be similar in feel to the keys on my Surface Pro 4 keyboard, albeit round and a bit of space around each one. I'm writing this review using it, and it's pretty easy. A little bit closer with the hands, but not super cramped. I wouldn't want to type a novel on it, for ergonomic reasons, but for something like writing a review... pretty comfortable. There is one thing missing from this keyboard that could've really scored some points, and that is back-lit keys!!! I would say that is a deal-breaker in some situations, because without that, it's very hard to use in low light environments, like a living room while watching a movie. I'm honestly surprised Logitech wouldn't have included that. The keyboard uses key combinations for the initial configuration and switching to each of the 3 pairing modes, which I think would've been better suited as hardware switches, because without reading the setup on the internet, you would be hard-pressed trying to figure out how to set this keyboard up straight out of the box. No manual with setup instructions was included with these kinda critical setup steps. Not sure I will remember the combinations when it comes time to pair it with another device, so I'll probably need to head back to the K600 setup website. The Logitech options software you can download is nice, and lets you configure the keyboard to your liking. It comes with a Logitech Unifying dongle, but I already had one connected, so I just configured it to connect with that one on my desktop PC. Once I was able to figure out how to get it into Bluetooth pairing mode via the K600 website, I paired it with my Android tablet easy peasy. The range of both Bluetooth and the Unifying USB dongle is excellent. You can easily take this keyboard across a room and still have an excellent connection to whatever you are connected to. The size of the keyboard, and position of the circular touchpad make it great for holding with a hand on each end, and using your thumb to scroll around the touchpad. That's a big win with this keyboard. The D-pad above the touchpad is great for scrolling through items in a UI where there isn't mouse control, like a smart tv. The little shortcut buttons on the left side are nice, and can be configured with the Logitech Options App on the PC. I didn't see any configuration software for iOs, Android, or Chrome OS, but you can download the Options software on Mac OS. Having a mobile version of the Options software would be a nice bonus. The construction feels pretty solid, and the keyboard feels well balanced when holding with 2 hands. Sits nice and flat on a desk with a slight angle. Overall, this is a decent portable keyboard for whatever device you want to use it with, but the lack of backlit keys limits it's applications in my honest opinion. If Logitech adds that, it would be a much better choice for certain situations. I would only recommend this to someone that didn't need backlit keys.

Pretty good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice to have the ability control mouse pointer from this small portable keyboard. Only downside is the unconventional key layout that can be hard to use in the dark.

Grandson says it is awesome
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my grandson for his birthday. He tells me it is awesome, I don't use it so I have to rely on him. Easily portable as he moves it back and forth between mom and dad's places. Appears to be durable with all the movement.

LogitechK600
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like it, but would love it if the mouse pad would work - that's part of the reason why I bought it. If someone can call and show me how to do it, that would be great. I'll be waiting...

It's okay...way over priced....
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like the thought of it but too big and too pricey for what it does. Sadly, you can get something similar and way cheaper on any competitors site.

As expected
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works good with our Samsung smart tv. However, not all apps on the tv are compatible with a keyboard. That was disappointing. But I think that’s on the app, not the keyboard.

Works like it should
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We use for our smart tv in living room since our dog has eaten every remote. Works great, just wish it had a backlit keyboard so you could see keys in the dark

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works flawlessly, they just messed up by not installing usb charging tech. Their battery's supposed to last a year, and then what? Otherwise good product, I use it on android phone paired to a tv with miracast

Works with my Mac mini media center set up
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn’t want to spend a million dollars on the Mac trackpad and keyboard for my Mac mini I’m using as a media hub. This works perfect. But if I used the computer daily for several hours, I would want a separate mouse.

Great couch keyboard, good battery life
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great couch keyboard. Good on power and function. One issue is the function key row: Hard to know when you are hitting the right key. Takes some getting used to.

Good, but trackpad is bad
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this for my samsung smart TV. Its good that I can connect to 3 devices and switch between then easily and fast. Not giving five starts as the trackpad could have been better.

It's small and easy to use but acts weird
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This keyboard s easy to use. has a great look to it. However, it does not have the caps lock light so you do not know whether is off or on. Additionally, it manually goes from one place to another while you are typing, is kinda strange so you will find yourself typing somewhere else on the doc and not at the same place you were at before.

Nice keyboard for Smart TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After spending $$ for a new TV, I didn't want to use the remote to slide left/right/up/down for inputting text. This was a decent price and is customizable to different manufacturers/models. Works great with my TV!
