I have about had my fill with keyboards...finding a good one is not easy. Saw the reviews on best buy for this one and figured I would give it a try. It feels just like a high quality laptop keyboard. Heavy keyboard that stays put and is literally 3/8" high. This is a very good investment...i am going to get another for my other computer. I have tried the ergonomic, cheap, wireless...never had ANY of them feel as sweet as this keyboard...and it looks KOOL in the dark!

This keyboard is awesome. The ability to change the back light settings makes it even more versatile from bright sunlight to a completely dark room. Excellent workmanship. I have nothing bad to say about it.

Excellent KB! However, if you want to disable the default functions of these keys download and install Logitech Setpoint 4.8 and disable special function keystrokes. This will allow them to be used as with an ordinary keyboard.

I purchased the keyboard because I wanted the illumination. The extra functionality with the F keys is a nice touch. If I could change one thing it would be to give the keys a little more of a longer stroke for a comfort standpoint. Some of the finger reach is pretty long coming from an ergonomic microsoft keyboard. The outside part of the keyboard is a clear plexiglass look and it would have been nice to have that light up a little bit, too, to give perspective to where the keyboard is when working in a darkened room. The home row relief tabs are hard to detect before the keyboard is lit up.

The keyboard is very sleek and quiet. Typing on it doesn't give you that clackity-clack most other keyboards do. It has the option to light up at night to help you see where you are typing and find the shortcuts that you may not be familiar with. Has many customizable keys and options.

Great in a dark room. Every black keyboard should light up!!

I really love my new keyboard. We play WoW (online gaming) and with the lights off, and still being able to see my keyboard, it is great! I have not really used the rest of all of the features, but what I wanted it for was the lighting, so I am very pleased.

I use this keyboard on my desktop at work. My laptop is plugged into a docking station, and I am looking at a standard monitor, typing on this keyboard, and using a standard mouse. When I need to go mobile, I just undock the laptop. This is a setup I have used for years. Before I bought this keyboard, I used a Dell keyboard that was a clone of a PS-2 keyboard layout, and it had full travel keys. While that keyboard was great, I always had to adjust to the laptop's short-travel keys when I went mobile. I thought that this keyboard would keep me in practice with low profile, short travel keys. I suppose it does. I haven't had a serious problem using this keyboard, so it gets an average rating. It's shortcomings are two-fold: 1) It lacks all the editing keys of a PS-2 keyboard. You can see this in the picture on the box. 2) I still don't like the short travel keys. I suppose there is no escaping the years of using a PS-2 keyboard. My full-travel, Logitech gaming keyboard at home beats this keyboard in performance and features without even needing to do a rocket jump, and it CAN do a rocket jump as well.

After 4 years looking to replace because I am missing the Q from cleaning with a little glass cleaner on a paper towel. Other than that shows no wear/tear. Still lit.

this is the best keyboard ive ever had, the illumination is just awesome at nighttime. very smooth touch, adjustable brightness, smart keys. the only thing is that i wish it tilted a littlr higher but once you get used to it , its fine.

Second keyboard only because I spilled a drink on it and while trying to dissasemble and clean broke a number pad key. I love the fact that it is still a wired keyboard and never have to worry about dead batterries.

I would have loved the keyboard, but I had to send it back because it had a usb conncection and would have had to go to the neighboring town to get the adapter and that was the reason for ordering it on line-not to go to Augusta, Ga. at Xmas time -it was a gift, so i will try to buy it again later when a tech can show me what adapter I need.

I've had this keyboard for roughly a month now and I absolutely love it! Very good form factor and the keys are extremely responsive! Recommend this to anyone looking for a great keyboard.

This keyboard is amazing for gaming. You can type very fast on it without getting caught up on the keys. The illumination is great with low or no light. I really have no negatives for it.
