Love this keyboard! I have one at work and home. Affordable alternative to the Apple branded wireless keyboard. The solar option is nice too, it picks up on florescent office lights and I've never had a charging issue.

This is one of the best keyboards I have used over my 30 years of computer experience. First, the keys do not require that much pressure. Making it very easy to type for long periods. Second, with the solar charge capability (includes sunlight and any light indoors!) I never have to think of replacing the batteries. This is a big plus for a wireless device! Third, It also has a number keypad unlike the wireless keyboard from Apple. Even though Apple has a keyboard with the number keypad that keyboard is a wired version. Fourth, it feels like there is zero latency...meaning very responsive. Five, the keyboard does come with the unify nano receiver but it also comes with a slight extender (the size of a usb jump drive) which enables to extend the range of the receiver enough to work perfect even if the usb is connected on one of the usb slots on the back of a huge 27" iMac. To me the only downside would be the F4 key having the dashboard icon imprinted (which I never use). Although the key can be mapped to launchpad from the [System Preferences]. It would be nice if this gets a new updated imprint too (like the Macbooks).

I quite like this keyboard. The flexibility of wireless with the convenience of solar. Charges well off ambient light in a room I keep the blinds drawn most of the day. I also like the way the keys feel, very responsive and easy to use.

I wanted something slim to replace my Mac keyboard. This has a very low profile and pleasant keys with decent action. I like the solar feature, though it's not the main reason I bought it. The unifying USB dongle had issues at first - bought this and a new mouse at the same time - but after installing the Logitech software, the issues are gone. The only thing I don't love about it is the absence of num lock and caps lock indicator lights, but I understand why they are not there.

The keyboard feels like the keyboard that came with my iMac. Spacing and feel are perfect match. Having the number pad is a huge plus. No issues with disconnects. Never a low battery because of the solar power.

I was bummed one day when my previous Logitech keyboard kicked the bucket (it too was the solar wireless keyboard). Not sure what happened or why it stopped working - it had only been a couple years since purchasing...either way, I'm happy to continue buying this keyboard. It's wireless, slim, has a nice touch, full layout with number pad and doesn't need batteries. It is a part of the Logitech Unified devices group so I can easily pair it with any other machine using the specific dongle.

This is the 2nd Logitech - Solar Wireless Keyboard in several years. If needed I'd buy another. I am on the computer about 3 hrs. per day. I am a coordinator of a research - study program and write many emails per week, with much navigation on the internet. The unit was very simple to set up. I use unit in office which has a window; but very low light at night and key board always remains fully charged. I like the unit very much and have respect for the company. An app can be downloaded to reveal the level of charged energy (activated 100% by light).. I am a PhD and am critical when something does or doesn't work. Great product.

I haven't found a downside to this keyboard yet. Looks beautiful. Tactile is perfect. Solar. NumberPad (yay!!!) I loved it so much, I bought another one for work. Superior.

I've bought this keyboard at least half a dozen times for all my computers, work computer and family members' computers. You just can't beat a solar keyboard that is so thin and is so easy to type on. Worth every penny.

This is my 2nd solar Logitech keyboard. It is everything I want: wireless; always charged (no battery, ambient light charges it); and it has a number pad. SO much better than the apple keyboards and you can delete characters both forward and backwards. I couldn't find this elsewhere and so very glad to be able to get this again.

Keyboard is very smooth, It synched up with my other wireless controller on my PC immediately and is also very comfortable. I've had 0 problems with it. I love the idea of not having to worry about batteries anymore.

We've always used a PC keyboard on the Mac, and we finally decided to get a keyboard made for a Mac. The Apple keyboards were sleek but expensive. This was a much more reasonable and works great and nice to finally have a keyboard with the right keys as Mac intended! The wireless solar part also worked well. Hard to believe it can be powered with just some daylight and indoor lights. But we have not had any problems with it.

Definitely an office ice breaker and super chic and sophisticated. Love the energy saving/solar operated function. Very easy to type and get used to unlike other models which tend to have a plasticky touch feeling.

I love this keyboard. It requires very little light to keep it charged. It never fails to work when I am using it. It's lightweight, but it is big because it has the 10 key pad. There is absolutely no lag. It types as fast as I can which is pretty fast. I bought it to replace the existing keyboard on my 17" MacBook Pro because four keys stopped working. I bought this to use as an in between until I can get a new laptop . The keys respond much better than on my MacBook Pro. I do wish that it had a track pad built in or that it came with a matching mouse like the ones for the PCs do--that would've been a nice feature. It does exactly what everyone says and it works flawlessly. I have no trouble keeping track of the little USB dongle that allows it to work wirelessly. I would buy this again if this ever failed . I plan to use it when I get my new laptop. It is Apple white so it matches everything that is silver or white. I'm very satisfied with this keyboard and the way that it functions. It is true that the caps lock does not light up or indicate when it is locked on. I think it gets pushed down when one tries to lift and move the keyboard to use it, but if a conscious effort is made to pick it up along the top edge of the keyboard, rarely if ever will the caps lock be pushed down. Look at where you're grabbing it and it should not be a problem. It's really no big deal. I don't know why everybody whines about it. Just open a sticky and type a few letters--if you think you pressed it on. I can type close to 120 words a minute and going at that speed I rarely if ever accidentally hit that cap lock key because it's raised on one side of it so you can tell it's a different touch than the shift key.It would never keep me from buying this keyboard. .

I got this to replace the Apple BlueTooth keyboard. I love the Aluminum design & look of the Apple products, but the keyboard was just too narrow for me, it began stressing my wrists & forearms. This Logitech has all of the great qualities one would expect from their brand, but it also blends well with the Apple designs. Also, this keyboard offers: 1) Solar 2) Keypad 3) Flawless connectivity 4) Full size 5) Aesthetics 6) Backspace 7) Home button 8) End button 9) Price Really, need any other reasons?

I've had this keyboard for over a month now and works great! The feel of the keys is just right for me... just enough feedback without being too loud. I often use the numeric keypad and that works great too! Worked right out of the box at night without any prior charging in sun or a bright light. It is set up by a westward facing window, but I have the blinds closed during the day, and even though I use this mostly at night with low light (that gives me a sad face on the charging indicator)... It has never run out of charge! I haven't had any of the "major" problems that other reviewers complain about. Hopefully that will last. It would be nice to have an indicator showing that the Caps Lock is on, and maybe backlit keys... But, not having a light on the Caps Lock is not a big deal. Also, I can type and know 10-key by touch. So, not having backlit keys is not a deal breaker either. Plus, having this in-stock at my local Best Buy, on sale for only $39.99... Makes this definitely a Great Keyboard for Mac!!!

This is the perfect keyboard. I was cautious about spending so much on a keyboard, but you get what you pay for. Everything about this works great. I love the keys and sensitivity, it's quiet but not too quiet (I like some click noise to the keys. It is plug and play... Zero issues. I leave it in my room, I have never turned it off, and it is always at 100% charge. Even with the lights off, my monitor still charges it. Amazing! Would recommend this to anyone.

This is a fantastic keyboard that I use every day. It works/charges even in low light -- you can verify that the solar panels are getting adequate light by pressing a button on the keyboard. If you have used "island-style" or "chicklet-style" keyboards, you have an idea of how this one feels. I've used many Logitech keyboards, and I like the consistency of their spacing and arrangement. My only complaint is that it isn't Bluetooth. You have to use Logitech's proprietary USB receiver to use the keyboard. I have another Logitech device that uses an incompatible receiver (gaming mouse), so I wind up having two of these obnoxious dongles plugged in, eating up precious USB ports on my hub. Still, you can't beat the price or quality. I am very happy with this purchase.

I've had this for a few weeks now, and haven't had a problem with it. It's nice to know I don't have to buy batteries for a wireless keyboard, and the connection between the keyboard and my PC is flawless. No lag whatsoever. It's a great addition for your PC, especially if you want to cut out wires going to and from. Key response is perfect, and it's slim profile fits well with any computer setup. I highly recommend this keyboard.

I was simply looking for a wireless keyboard to help unclutter my home office, and loved Logitech's products in the past, so when I saw this I figured I would give it a shot. It works great, no battery issues yet and can find enough light to charge nearly anywhere. Quieter than my original keyboard, very low profile. No complaints! At the end of the day its a keyboard so you aren't exactly reinventing the wheel here.
