Never replace a battery again! This great keyboard works for both PC and Mac. My only complaint would be that the keys are different than those to an authentic Apple keyboard. They seem to be made out of plastic, but you don't notice it much when you're typing. There's a button on the keyboard you can press to check if there's enough light. I use this keyboard in a poorly lit room and it still receives enough light. I'm 100% satisfied with this purchase. I recommend you buy this immediately to quit using batteries.

I have been typing for work and school for over 15 years now. And this is the best keyboard I've ever used. And I've used a lot of keyboards, from the standard issue wired, finger-joint mangler to expensive wireless keyboards with scissor keys. This keyboard is very nice. The keys are well spaced and the scissor-key action requires minimal finger pressure and is extremely accurate. The wireless connection is strong and doesn't miss any typed keys. The legs appear flimsy, but are actually pretty strong. The keyboard is almost flat with the desktop, so you don't have to raise your fingers very high, reducing joint pain and potential carpel tunnel. Plus, it's wireless, so you can remove it from the desk quickly and cleanly for editing. The shortcut keys are very logical, helpful, and functional. The best part though, and the part that returns excitement to something as mundane as a keyboard, is the solar panels. They effectively recharge the internal battery and you never need to change the batteries. Plus, the downloadable solar app and little "I'm getting enough light" smiley face are actually a good deal of fun to fool with (for a keyboard). Paid $59.99 on sale, so, even better...

I was losing my temper trying to use a keyboard that did not conform to my previous one either in size or arrangement of keys. This one is standard in layout and spacing (or my standard, anyway), except for the position of the backspace key, which is manageable. What a relief! The solar battery seems to work well, and everything else is good quality.

It is a wonderful and is very good for what you need it for. Got it out of the box and had it connected to my computer within two minutes. Definitely worth the money.

This keyboard is spectacular in design and its workings. The beautiful white trim to the black top, to its hidden "kickstands" to its plug and use compatibility, to its ultra thin design. It really is the best. The keys are thin and easy to type with. Even comes with 2 usb plugs for usage with more than 1 device!

I hadn't even seen there was an alternative wireless mac keyboard until I saw it in store. I went to get the wired Apple version since the wireless is so incredibly small and awkward. This connected immediately, the setup menu loaded without doing anything special on my part, and it is very comfortable. I like the look and if it is anything like my PC Logitech keyboard (K800), the battery life will be remarkably great. A+

I bought this two years ago for a monster gaming/htpc that we use in our living room with many windows and skylights. I've never had a dead battery or any issues what so ever. It's been fantastic. I use a newer Logitech mouse and the unifying dongle is great for controlling both devices. The range can easily reach 6-12ft for both. The metal back allows for the very thin design to be sturdy and lightweight. It uses a rechargeable watch battery that most people do not stock but it can be ordered online if needed. It would be nice if it had some minor illumination for night use.

the greatest thing this keyboard has going for it is solar power and never having to change the batteries. overall if you took that out i would drop it 1-2 stars due to small keys and poor product build.

Bought this so it would easier to use my MacBook Pro on my TV screen it is works amazingly! No lag whatsoever and it links up easily with my Logitech wireless mouse with only one of the USB receiver so I have to waste only USB port to use both! In love with the solar power charger. It's going to be really nice not having to worry about my keyboard dying on me! Great buy!

I bought this and a Logitech mouse for work to replace my standard-issue OEM wired keyboard and mouse. This was a little pricey in my mind for a keyboard at first but the fact that it charges itself and never requires batteries was a huge plus. It's incredibly sleek and the chicklet keys are very responsive. I'm totally happy with my purchase - it's worth the extra money.

If you have an iMac and do not want a wired numeric keyboard, or are tired of having the wireless keyboard with a separate numeric keyboard next to it, this Logitech K750 is the perfect solution. I just purchased this over the weekend, and had it up and running within two minutes. Instructions are extremely easy (just read the brown enviro-friendly packaging) and you're ready to go! I also was running through double A batteries on the Apple Wireless Keyboard and should be able to save some $$. Keyboard is very responsive and while it doesn't have that solid-state feel that Apple keyboards have, it's a great solution until Appie figures out how to develop a wireless keyboard with a numeric keypad!

all main functions are compatible between keyboard and osx some key combos such as "command" + "tab", other personalized hotkeys are hit or miss. the solar works well even in fairly dim light. if it fails it's usually because i left and did not turn the keyboard on/off to off. There are small extendable legs which are next to useless, Overall way worth the price difference fromthe mac keyboard

This keyboard is awesome. It comes with a unifying receiver that allows up to 6 different devices to be connected through one usb receiver. The keyboard looks and feels solid. The fact that it doesn't need batteries and works solely from light is outstanding. I could never go back to battery operated ones ever. I'm digging Logitech right now!!!

I was looking to clear up desk space in my cube at work so I bought this keyboard thinking I will never have to buy batteries. Turns out that this keyboard is probally one of the most comfortable and multitasking keyboards I have ever used. Im not into gaming or anything like that, so I can't say it will be good for those things, but as far as everyday use, durability, and ease-of-use this keyboard was well worth the price. Zero lag time and I was able to type over 60ft away. Enjoy.

This keyboard is everything I wanted it to be. There is only one thing to be careful about. Nowhere on the box or included materials does it mention that you need to get a driver from the Logitech website. Without this driver, it is not possible to change the function keys from being special keys be default. This was infuriating for about 3 hours before I finally found an article mentioning that the you needed an OSX driver for the Logitech Unifying System to handle this feature.

it charges just under the regular light and have never ran out. Would highly recommend!

I purchased one of these almost 2 years ago and have been using it as my primary keyboard since. I like not having to replace batteries and it almost always indicates a 100% charge. It does show dirt and fingerprints more than other keyboards but that entices me to clean it more often. Considering how dirty my other keyboards would get until I finally cleaned them I don't see this as a problem. I purchased 8 more of these to use in my office conference rooms. I don't have to worry about batteries or keyboards being returned to their charging base. In over a year I've only had a couple of instances of lost connectivity compared to the myriad I had with my old Microsoft/Dell wireless. Solar charging means fewer batteries, less expense, less waste and they look cool.

Bought this to go with a Mac Mini because I didn't want to spend so much for an Apple keyboard. I've always used and trusted Logitech and this fit the bill perfectly. Plugged in the USB dongle and the Mini recognized and set it up without issue. I was a little worried that the keys wouldn't be that comfortable to type on having used tactile keyboards all my life but this keyboard is surprisingly comfortable and really easy to type on. Was also worried about the batteries not charging well from the built in solar panel since I keep the keyboard in a low light area but I haven't had any issues yet. Overall, Logitech has produced another high quality product that matches the computer it's connected to and is easy and comfortable to use.
