Yes Apple is supposed to make good products. But when it comes to wireless keyboards it took Logitech to get ti right. After four months of usage I can say the keyboard does a great job. It's solar so doesn't need batteries and comes with a USB range extender when you need to be further away.

This is my second Logitech keyboard in 2 years and I experienced the same annoying problem with the Pause key coming off the keyboard within 2 weeks of purchase. I have no idea how this could happen when I don't even use the Pause key - it just came off the keyboard on its own. Now I have the Pause key super glued down on the first keyboard and a missing Pause key on the most recently purchased keyboard because it disappeared off the table when it came off on its own! Does anyone know where to get a spare Pause key? Other than this the keyboard is very convenient to use without having to worry about replacing batteries.

This is my 2nd keyboard for my 2nd imac. I finally got fed up with the apple wireless keyboard and tossed it. It constantly lost connection and I had to keep changing out the battery. It was super annoying. If you're looking to match your apple wireless keyboard with a 3rd party bluetooth numeric keypad, just buy this logitech keyboard. I've purchased 3 different numeric keypads, they ALL DIED!! My 2 years with my previous black logitech solar keyboard has been hassle-free so I made the easy decision and purchased this silver one. The silver finish looks nicer than the black one and it surprisingly doesn't look corny next the silver imac.

This keyboard is solar. No more having to worry about having batteries. It has the chiclet keys. No sound when you click the keys. I love it!

I purchased this keyboard originally as one of 4 or 5 to evaluate. I am particularly sensitive to the keyboard "feel" as I do a lot of work related typing. I also preferred a Logitech product because I could program one dongle to work for both the mouse and keyboard. The feel of this met my requirements for comfort typing as well as having no errors that were not mine. Battery life is good although you need to store it in reasonable light levels when not using it to assure it is charged (not in a keyboard drawer for example). I now have three of these and they have not disappointed.

I love this keyboard, I bought it for office use. Its very sleek and has solar chargers that has been great. Do not have to worry about batteries.

I have had at least three of these on various computers and I love them. No fiddling with batteries. I never have to think about recharging it. It recharges from ambient light. If I work late at night for long periods, I have had to shine a lamp on it for a little while, but no big whoop.

I love this keyboard. The keys are perfect, the solar battery makes it super easy to keep charged and it just works.

I love the new keyboard. So much easier to use and a better feel. Not that I didn't enjoy the factory keyboard, but this keyboard makes things a lot easier to use and manage!

Have been using Logitech products for many years and really like the solar keyboard. Good touch feel and nice size. Love the wireless solar! No maintenance, no tethers...

I love how slim the footprint is for this Solar Keyboard. I had some type of issue with the original which I figured out, but I contacted Logitech Support & they worked with me very diligently. They sent me a Replacement when I provided them lots of Technical Information. They want to please the Customers, that's for sure. It works wonderfully and has quieter keys! Love the Solar App on my Desktop also. I would recommend charging this in direct light every few days just to keep it @ optimum level.

A fellow coworker had this device and I like the look of it in the bulky feel of it I instantly gravitated towards it and picked one up and I can say it was one of the best purchase decisions I have made in a long time he travel is great holds up well and is completely wireless I initially thought this was only for solar use I found out that standard lighting will also charge it my fingers flying on this and I can type just as fast on this as any other keyboard it is not loud like a mechanical keyboard and even has an application to tell you the state and charge of the keyboard

Keyboard works great. Wireless that doesn't need batteries. Runs off solar and is the best keyboard I've had.

This keyboard is really nice in that the solar charging panels will charge with just my office lighting. It does, however, need to be in direct sight with the Bluetooth dongle. One would think just being in the same room would suffice. But, sometimes it won't react and all I have to do is to slightly move the dongle into better view. This may be the reason I had such a problem setting the keyboard up for the first time. Other than that, I am really pleased with everything else about the keyboard. Best Buy's price was excellent!

I bought this same unit 5 years ago and it worked really well with my mini Mac until it died on me last month. So I went and bought another one and the price is very good and compatible with Mac.

Ive had one of these for 9 years eithout a glitch. No batteries to change... Great, solid feel! Finally bought one for my office as well!
