Both ones I tried had matrix problems
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While the product looks sleek, was easy to set up, and I thought the solar feature worked well - I ended up taking the product back twice. Both keyboards had matrix problems. It was impossible to access most of the symbols above the numbers correctly. After the second keyboard had the same matrix problem, I got a refund. Also, the Logitech technician wanted to connect to my computer and, when I stated I just needed questions answered, asked for my e-mail address in case we were disconnected during a phone transfer. Both of the techs I spoke with also requested my phone number and address which I refused to give because it was not relevant to the situation. The second tech finally stated the matrix was bad.
