    Good keyboard. Keys are a lot quieter than my other Logitech. Quick and easy process to connect it to my Macbook. Also, love that it's heavy and doesn't slide easily on my desk.

    This Bluetooth device had such a lag. Not only did you have to press a key each time you wanted to use it if you weren't just actively typing out something that very second, but you wouldn't see the text on your monitor screen until about 5 seconds after you had typed it. I returned it after a frustrating 3 weeks of owning it.

      Hi EducatedShopper, Truly sorry to hear about the lag issue you had with the K780 Wireless Keyboard. Sounds like you didn't have the greatest of experiences with both Logitech products you purchased. Hopefully, you'll try Logitech again and if problems should arise, you could find a solution on the product support website, www.logitech.com/support. From what you've described here with the K780, it sounds like you needed a firmware update which is available on the website. Certainly hope you'll give Logitech another try and, again, very sorry for the troubles.

    We got this with a purchase to meet a certain requirement and it didn't work as soon as we opened it, went to exchange it out for a working one and the employee did a return instead of exchange after we told her it would be an exchange so it took the balance off and didn't qualify us for our order anymore.

    Purchased this keyboard in place of the K480 Bluetooth Keyboard due to troublesome spacebar. It ended up not being compatible with my Samsung phone, pairing but not being able to connect to the device as a peripheral. Unfortunately had to return it...Was more successful with Apple Devices.

    I bought this when I was upgrading my computer - quality was great. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the opportunity to test it out due to other issues with my set-up, but it appeared to be a very nice keyboard and I would buy it again.

    Use it all the time at my desk for work. I appreciate that it can be used with up to 3 devices. The only negative is that the 2 AAA batteries don't last as long as you might expect, so just be prepared to replace them periodically.

    While it was working properly, I really liked it. However, after about a week it just stopped connecting with my computers bluetooth. Tried everything I could think of but it just wouldn't connect even though the computer could see it. Ended up returning it for a wired keyboard from another maker.

    I was disappointed with this keyboard as it advertised it was Bluetooth but I could never get it to connect via Bluetooth. The keyboard feel is great but I bought it mainly for the Bluetooth functionality

      Hi BLMit I'm sorry that you experienced difficulty in connecting this keyboard via Bluetooth. On this keyboard when you are trying to connect via Bluetooth you need to press and hold the button. The white light will start flashing quickly indicating it is in search mode. You would then be able to search for the K780 on the device you are trying to pair it to. If you have more questions about the K780 or other Logitech products please visit us at support.logi.com
