Posted .Hello Morris, I'm sorry to hear that you've been having some issues with your K780 typing more than once when you've only pressed the button one time. I would recommend disconnecting the device from your computer, power cycling it, and then reconnecting it to a different USB plug, as this has been known to fix the issue in some cases.

Not impressed

Design flaws

After that the USB receiver would not pair. To Logitech, if you’re listening, one of the keys should be hard coded to the USB receiver. Your engineers should try imagining themselves using the device in an actual office setting. I work in an industry where 3rd party software cannot be downloaded to a work computer, so if that software would have solved my problem it is useless to me.

Difficult to connect

Didn't work with my laptop

worked okay for 5 minutes

It worked fine for the first 5 minutes, then started to produce 20 letters with only one keystroke, and then lagged for several seconds. After several re setups I gave up and returned it and will find some other workaround. All my previous wireless keyboards and mice from Logitech have been great.

Erratic Bluetooth Connection

It's incredibly frustrating. I changed the batteries and disconnected/reconnected the bluetooth but it will still just disconnect and reconnect over and over. When I did a search online, I found other people having the same problem.

Not what I expected
