After that one month from one day to the other it stopped working without any drop or crush. I can't even return or change the keyboard because it was more than 14 days. It is a $60 keyboard, I'm super frustrated with this purchase.

When I got the keyboard, it had a problem with repeating the same character multiple times, no matter how careful I was. I took the whole computer to BB Geek Squad, and after three trips and several days, the keyboard problem seemed to be solved. But, the second time I used, it started doing the same thing again.

I also have a K830 that is of poor quality. power connector broke off. Warranty center would not honer the warranty even though i registered it on there web site.

arrived in damaged or open packing

Keyboard didn't look new at all. Quite frustrating and disappointing. Would never shop here! Beware.

Loyal Best Buy Customer - but disappointed

Notified customer service and was told I had to return the item and order a different model. I needed the keyboard that day so opted to keep the item but I'm disappointed in the customer service response.
