nice compact keyboard, good replacement for k360
appreciate using unifying receiver not bolt or bluetooth
keys are round, which is mildly odd but not a problem in practice. Wireless unifying connection has been solid.
Wish that the home key homing humps were a bit more prominent. phone/ipad holder quite nice. able to switch setups for 3 devices, but I've not used it

I was tired of having to switch keyboards every time I switched from my work computer to my home computer in my home office. My work computer doesn't allow bluetooth connections so I needed one that had the unifying receiver plus bluetooth since you can't connect a Logitech keyboard to two unifying receivers at the same time. This works perfectly. Bluetooth on my home computer and unifying receiver on my work computer.
Moreover, this keyboard is really solid. I love the weight and it is a pleasure to type on.

So much more quiet than my prior keyboard. It was quick getting used to the rounds buttons. Toggling between my work Dell and personal MacBook is a pleasure.

I wanted a small bluetooth keyboard with a number pad (can't go back to not having it now). The function keys are perfect and all useful. The keys have good key travel that will make mechanical fans content and the average typer happy. The spacing is the most important to me, because the layout is what I'm used to. I tried other bluetooth keyboards, but they all made me reach for certain keys that I should be able to reach easily. This is also bluetooth wireless, no need for a USB receiver. There are so many of those out there cluttering my search for a truly bluetooth keyboard. This is the one to go for. The phone stand works well for thinner products. It can hold my iPhone 12 mini, but only barely with a semithin case on. My taller note 9 with a only slightly thicker case is too thick and top heavy I guess. It is good as long as you have realistic expectations for it. I don't really use it, but I don't care, because everything else about it is so good. I would buy this over and over again if I had to. Go to recommendation for anyone.
The battery also lasts very long. I do my best to conserve the battery as long as I can so I flip the switch to off, which is easy to do. Turning it one is so seemless, because it connects to my laptop almost right away.

Another good keyboard from Logitech, and I have used a few. These days, the ability to quickly switch between 3 distinct devices is more of a need than a nice-to-have, and this keyboard delivers. Solid construction, firm feel to keys but with short press distance. Very comfortable for long sessions. The holder at the top for tablets and phones is perfect, and the whole thing is compact and portable. Minor quibble: arrow keys are quite tiny.

I really LOVE the Logitech K780 because I can switch between my iPad, laptop, and iPhone very easily.
This option is a true time saver and allowing the iPad and iPhone to rest on the back edge of the keyboard seals the deal.

This is hands down a wonderful keyboard for anyone who needs to connect it to multiple devices on the fly and needs multiple connection options. I have a work laptop that won't allow me to connect via bluetooth, so having the 2.4Ghz USB dongle is great to be able to switch between my work and personal laptop (connected via bluetooth). I find the typing experience on this keyboard really great, too, it feels very solid, but it is very quiet, which is nice. Really the only knock on it is I would rather it not have the section to hold up a phone or tablet, as it seems to increase the weight of the keyboard quite a bit. Otherwise, you can lose with this one. The compact size is also quite nice, but again, I wish it was a little lighter for traveling.

I wanted to give this keyboard a 5 star rating but unfortunately I just can’t. The keyboard is a great size. Lightweight. Has a very cool phone or tablet stand and preforms much better than I thought it would. Typing feel is great and the round keys offer some personality traits to boot. However the only thing keeping this keyboard back from a perfect five is the lack of backlighting. You can’t really use this in low light settings. If this was backlit it would be amazing for my home office.
Hope this review helps some buyers.

This is the best keyboard I’ve ever had. We had a hard time finding one compatible with an older Mac that was gifted to us. Also a nice bonus that this will work with more than one computer. It’s as easy as pushing a button to switch it from one computer to the next.

Must have for multiple devices

This is a must have keyboard if you have more than 1 device. I'm an IT admin, so I work on multiple platforms and devices. I have 2 pc desktop and 1 Mac. Instead of having 3 keyboard and mices on my desk, I have 3 buttons on my keyboard and mouse, each corresponding to a device it pairs to. All I have to do is press a number and voila. It's that easy. It will take a couple of seconds for the device to reconnect. No noticeable input lag. I probably won't use this for gaming but for word processing, web surfing and remote desktop, it's fine. It even has a built in slot for your device. Also, this will content to an android device or a iOS device. I wonder if it will work on my Sony Bravia TV that is power by android.
I wish it could pair up to 5 devices instead of 3. I think most tech savvy folks would appreciate that.
This keyboard is heavy and it's sturdy. My other take away is the rubber slot that I mention. I have a feeling that you'll see more wear and tear there than the actually keyboard itself. Key click and travel is great. Not laptop like. It has a good solid click.
I'm still learning the layout of this keyboard. Home, end Pg Up and Pg Dn are on the number pad. You do have to press the FN key to activate the specialty keys. It could be worst. I have a new Dell keyboard for reference where you have to press FN+ALT+print scrn just to do a screen print. On this Logi, it's only FN+del.
I would recommend that you install the software. You can customize the keyboard a little more like lock or unlock the FN key, etc..
Battery life is good so far. I'm down to 2 battery bar out of 3. This is close to 2 months use. I expected it to live 6 months before swapping out the battery.
Oh and speaking of battery, you have the option of Bluetooth or a wireless dongle connectivity. So you have a couple of options if you don't have Bluetooth on your devices.
Overall, this is a well built keyboard. I could probably use this to knock an intruder out. haha.

My Favorite Keyboard

This is my 2nd K780. I bout one for my office and one for my home workstation. At home, it seamlessly connects with mine and my wife's individual laptops when we have to bring work home, and we both chat with clients via our mobile devices, so being able to text via the keyboard is an invaluable feature. I love the way many of the windows hotkeys like TAB, ENTER and CRTL+ALT apply apply in texting situations.
Also, this keyboard is just slighy smaller than a normal desktop keyboard, so and is very similar to typing on your laptop -- in both spacing and click-feel. So, if you're like me and switch back and forth between laptop and desktop constantly it's nice to have a consistent feel across both platforms.
The K780 also has good spacing between the buttons and the buttons have a roundness to them, which offers a more confident feel when typing. The clicks are snappy, not mushy and they make a satisfying sound upon impact.
Due to its slightly smaller size, some of the buttons you may be used to on a typical keyboard were sacrificed -- such as the Windows key and Calc, But this still wasn't a big enough deal to stop me from making it my primary keyboard at work and at home.
Lastly, I'd like to mention the K780's extremely thin profile which makes it easy to fit into my backpack should I choose to travel with it.
I'm very happy with it!

Excellent wireless/bluetooth keyboard

I got this keyboard because it got great reviews. It was a good bit more expensive than other keyboards I was looking at, but I decided to take a chance and spend the extra money, hoping that the Logitech K780 would live up to its hype. For me, I have found that it met all of my expectations and was worth spending a little extra. It was one of not too many wireless/bluetooth keyboards that would work for Windows, Mac, or Android. That was essential for me, because I have a Windows desktop and an Android tablet. And I also have a very old Mac laptop, and I know there is a chance that I would get another in the not-too-distant future. The keyboard has many great features, but there are 2 that are above the others. First, the excellent feel of the keys. They feel great under my fingers. They press easily, but not too easily. I have not had any problems with any of the keys. This is a huge plus for me. The second thing is the size and weight of the keyboard, or its overall feel. You have probably read at least one other review talking about the "heaviness" of the keyboard. I was looking for a keyboard that had this heavy, stationary attribute, and this keyboard has exactly that. You have to really try hard to make it move from its position on any surface. Many keyboards will slide around easily; there are few things more annoying than that, in my opinion. I love the stationary characteristic of this keyboard. I could name some other things that are great about it, but don't want to bore anyone. I would highly recommend buying this keyboard.

I have never imagined saying such a thing as "I love my keyboard!", but I really do love this keyboard! I find myself looking for an excuse to type something, and I hate typing! I use it to work comfortably and seamlessly with multiple computers at the same time...once I figured it out. (Works seamlessly with the "https://www.logitech.com/en-us/products/mice/mx-vertical-ergonomic-mouse.910-005447.html"
One thing not highlighted in any specs, is the weight. It's actually quite heavy (30 ozs!) and in this case that's a good thing. It doesn't slip around on my desk, like the half a dozen other ones I've tried over the past year. I like the feel of the keys; soft and responsive. There is no light, but I learned how to type without one, so that's not an issue. The integrated cradle gives my phone an actual home...and I can connect to it! I have no issues with it so far. I recommend this to anyone who types a lot, across multiple computers, while working from home.

Small but comfortable keyboard

This is a simple, yet comfortable keyboard. It is relatively small in size, so it does take some adjustment if you are used to using a bigger keyboard. However, the actual keys themselves are the game-changer. This is the smoothest keyboard I have used in terms of typing/feel of the keys. I have trouble with arthritis, and found that my fingers were always hurting at the end of the day when I was using different types of keyboards. The keys are soft/easy to press and are great for anyone who struggles with finger/hand pain like myself. The backboard/phone holder on the edge of the keyboard is also a nice touch.

Very nice keyboard. Heavy so it does not move around and seems like it is well made. I like that I can use it on my Windows and Chrome PC's as well as my Android phone. Even though I have been using mechanical keyboards in the past, this one feels comfortable to type with. Best Buy delivered the product quickly.

Sweet Spot Between Functionality, Style, and Price

I was searching for a keyboard with the following functionality and statistics: 1) Three distinct Bluetooth connections switchable on the fly; 2) keys that didn't feel too mushy; 3) a full layout, with dedicated Home/End/Page Up/Page Down buttons; 4) a brand I can trust; and 5) not spending an arm and a leg.
Although the K780 does not meet all of this criteria, its sweet spot between price and quality/durability was what made the sale for me. 1) Three Bluetooth connections? Check. 2) Keys are slightly mushy, but not terribly so. 3) No full layout, but I can get used to holding an extra modifier key to page up and down in large documents. 4) I've never had issues with Logitech products in the past. This keyboard has a wonderful heft to it, looking chic while feeling durable. And it has a dedicated power switch, which is a plus. 5) Less expensive than Logitech's MX line of keyboards, but more stylish than their lower end of models.
Having a built-in rail to rest a phone or tablet on the keyboard wasn't a determining factor for me, but I've found it to be quite useful. Note that this rail comes in two colors, off-white and marbled/speckled something or another. The solid off-white looks infinitely better than speckled, but your opinion may differ.
I ended up pairing this with a Logitech M720 Triathlon mouse, and didn't break the bank. Thanks Logitech!

This keyboard is great for a modern office setting, i woukd recommend for a home setting. Keyboard lays flat and has function to swap between 3 de ices. It also has a spot to set device on keyboard such as a phone or table, most fit without a case. On the dide there is a swirch to turn on/off to help save the battery. The instructions on how to connect are conveniently printed on the box. There is an accompanying app which allows you to designate the fn buttons

This is actually the third time I purchased this keyboard. It works great, has amazing battery life and feels really good to type on for such a low profile keyboard. The keys have an almost tactile feel to them.
That said.. The durability could be better. Like I mentioned, this is my third one in about 5 years due to spilled drinks. It would be perfect if they could seal the keys to where no liquid would damage the keyboard. Honestly, not much liquid got on it, it's just very vulnerable to shorting out.

Easy to set up. connects via Logitech's unifying dongle and/or standard bluetooth. Can slide ipad (even with my cover on) or iphone into cradle. Base is heavy enough to support ipad in the cradle. Keys are relatively quiet, feel of the keyboard is comfortable. Can't understand why Logitech didn't include the unifying receiver (fortunately I have spare).
