I've been using this keyboard with a Windows and Mac laptop, plus an iOS tablet. All three sit on my desk at times in various combinations and this has allowed MUCH easier transition between devices. The keys have great action (as good or better than both laptops, which are pro laptops) and are nearly silent. Switching between devices happens within 1-2 seconds! The slot to hold a tablet or phone works great (and allows my device to sit just under my monitor - plus the keyboard is wide enough to hold a 10" tablet horizontally and a 5" phone vertically!). My only criticism is that I wish this had rechargeable batteries - it would be easy to simply hook up to a USB port to charge when it needed, but overall that's a very minor complaint.

I use it every day. I like the touch and feel of this keyboard. I use it across 3 products, and it readily connects without issues (2 windows, 1 Android). Well built and designed. The software works pretty well.

Great keyboard. It feels nice and solid and the keys have a nice depth to them. The battery life on this is amazing. I’ve had for a 3 months now and it’s very efficient. The fact that I can toggle from my windows laptop to an Apple iPad is very nice. So it works well across two different ecosystems. I wish it had backlighting. And I would welcome this being charged via usb-c. But as mentioned the battery life is very efficient. I would definitely recommend this.

Great heft and a full keyboard with responsive keys and a tactile pleasure. I have had 2 Apple Smart keyboards that seem to be the real deal, but they quickly died a quirky death and I won’t be fooled again. This keyboard is the real deal. A pleasure to use. It can be paired with 3 different devices, with the function keys: F1, F2 and F3 assigned to each device. Please don’t waste your time or money with trendy “Smart” devices. This keyboard does the job elegantly I and comfortably.

I absolutely love this keyboard. I bought a portable screen to use with it (along with my existing mini pc), and now I'm able to work on my personal computer and my work computer simultaneously all with a click of the white numbered keys on the keyboard.
Only wish a keyboard and mouse combo was available.

As is often the case with Logitech, they've made another great product with poorly designed software that keeps it from reaching its true potential.
The Pros: At 15 inches wide, this keyboard is the perfect size for any desk. At 96 key it covers just about all of the functions you need while putting the rest behind the "fn" key. In Windows it performs very well. The key spacing is adequate but the round keys take a little getting used to. The amount of key travel is just right and the snappiness makes it difficult to accidentally push a key without registering a stroke. The keyboard is VERY heavy for it's size. Heavier than many gaming keyboards. While it is a bit surprising at first, it helps to make the keyboard feel more premium and well planted on the desktop. No worries about this one sliding around a bit if you're a heavy handed typist. And finally, this keyboard can be paired with up to three devices letting you switch from a PC to a Mac to an Android phone or tablet with ease. While this is a great feature, it's also where things start to get ugly...
The Cons: The software. It's absolutely terrible. What could have made this a GREAT keyboard has reduced it to just a good keyboard overall. The keyboard has four keys on the top row that can be assigned different tasks using a drop down list. There's a TON of options that you can choose from, with the ability to even assign your own macros. Where this falls apart is as soon as you decide to switch to a different device. If you set up your customizations for use in Windows but then switch to an Android tablet for a bit everything you just set goes right out the window unless you happen to need the same shortcuts across both operating systems. Otherwise those keys are going to do something completely different. If you go into the software and make changes to what the keys do, those changes carry across right back to Windows. You can not set up three different sets of key customizations for your three different paired objects. You can see what you have paired with in the software, but you can't save profiles for each one. What's worse is that some of the things you'd think would just work happen to NOT work. In Windows pressing the "start" key opens the start menu. Great. Press that while you're in Android and what happens? Nothing. Heaven forbid you can open your list of apps in one OS but not the other. And to make that part worse there's no way to do it in Android PERIOD. You can't even assign one of the shortcut keys to open the app drawer in Android.
Overall this has been a great keyboard to use for my PC. And if the software were better I'd use it for Android as well. For now I'll stick to my little 10 dollar foldable Bluetooth keyboard I got from wally world when I need to do extensive typing on my phone.
On a positive note, this keyboard could make for a handy self defense tool should the situation arise!

I bought it for my workstation and a home server which are sharing a same display. Along with this K780 keyboard, I also bought an M720 mouse.
The keyboard is well built and much heavier than expected. For me it's fine since I only use it on the desktop, but it might not comfortable to be carried with iPad etc.
Another thing I noticed is this keyboard can only pair to one logitech nano unified receiver, and the other two devices must be connected with Bluetooth. In the same time, the M720 mouse has no trouble when pairing with two nano receivers. The shortcoming of Bluetooth connected keyboard is it can't be used to enter the BIOS settings. Not big issue but you might keep it in mind.

Excellent Keyboard for Multiple Devices

Logitech just knows how to build keyboards. The k780 is similar to others in their line to which allows for up to 3 devices to be connected to the same keyboard and switch with a simple press of either 1, 2, or 3.
I have been using this keyboard for the past month and it is easy to type and switch between devices. I was using the k380 for a while but missed the numeric keypad. This device fits all my requirement.
The built in stand for other devices, like smartphone or tablet, helps me to organize where I'm typing.

This is a great keyboard, it's well made and the keys have nice travel. I bought this keyboard for my wife's at home office and to my surprise she really loved it. She places her personal and work phone on the stand at the top of the keyboard and she say it really improved her productivity. Being able to respond to business related texts and emails through her phone will the keyboard is amazing.
The three seperate device keys are some a big help.

The Logitech K780 keyboard feels very well built. It does not occupy to much space desk space, but is a full size keyboard. The key travel distance is shallow like a laptop computer. The keyboard can be used on three (3) devices at the same time and transitions between the devices with a push of a button. It is very easy to use. This device connects with my computer with the same USB dongle as my Logitech mouse. I highly recommend this keyboard.

I have a single keyboard now for my MacBookPro, Win10 laptop, and iPad... HOW COOL IS THAT!?!
So, how did the designers deal with the Mac vs. PC keyboard differences? They leaned toward the Apple user experience. But, you could have guessed that from the K780's appearance. It's the opposite end of the spectrum from a steel framed click-clack gaming keyboard, and not as ergonomic as - say, the Microsoft Natural, but if you're using both PC/Mac, you're already used to both styles, so sticking with one isn't a problem.
The built-in iPad/tablet shelf is genius. It really comes in handy, but only if you aren't using a cover/stand already. It's dimensions hold the iPad too virtical with the cover attached.
Oh, and did I mention that it's rugged and travels well. Looks cool in the coffee shop with my iPad. ...just sayin'.
The only downside I've found so far is that the [Win] key is missing, and the [Mac-Cmd] key should automatically function as the [PC-Win] key. I may be missing something, and Logitech provides great software to assign functions to keys, but ...not the [Win] key. (Personally, I think it's more evidence of Microsoft's nefarious plot to rule the world, but that may just be confirmation bias on my part.)
It's also mildly annoying to switch my focus from one machine to another on the keyboard and then expect the mouse/trackball to follow automatically, but it doesn't. So, a trackball that completes the experience is needed for me to be TOTALLY AMAZED.
...oh, and there's one more thing, I wish it had glo-in-the-dark lettering on the keys. Better still, LED backlighting, but that might not be possible on something that runs on 3xAAA batteries that last for years. "Cake and eat it too" would be nice, please. Thank you.

I've been using this keyboard for almost a month now and love it. The option to easily switch between 3 devices is awesome (laptop, iPhone, iPad). For work purpose, I like having the 10-key option. Also, it's the only wireless keyboard I have found with a 10-key and the keyboard doesn't feel massive on my desk. Keys are very responsive and doesn't feel awkward or difficult to type on (some other keyboards made me feel like I needing typing class again!).

A great alternative to the MX Mini. Big enough to type in comfort but small enough to be mobile. A great option for those who use more than one device with its accessible switch-device buttons.
The only downside is the lack of an option to elevate the back of the keyboard. Invest in a good wrist rest pad.

This is my favorite keyboard. It is sturdy, has stable Bluetooth, and is really comfortable, full size, and feels amazingly natural to use. The stand holds my iPad or my iPhone securely. Switching from one of those to the other or to my desktop is a quick one-button push. I think it is sturdy enough to travel in my briefcase. The batteries supposedly will last more than a year, and are very cheap and easy to replace.

I purchased this keyboard along with a Logitech bluetooth Trackball to get rid of having to use the USB adapters. I wanted true wireless. The first thing I noticed was the weight of the keyboard. It is fairly heavy like Mac keyboards. It can control up to 3 devices by switching between devices via the F1-F3 keys. It works well for computers (e.g. desktops, laptops). It is horrible for switching between a computer to a cell phone and back to a computer. It messed up how the keyboard worked on the computer every single time. I had to restart the computer to correct the issue. Besides that, it works great!

This is a great keyboard with Bluetooth and comes with a wireless receiver dongle. I use it with a stack of 3 computers - 2 Mac‘s (Bluetooth) and a PC whose Bluetooth doesn’t work (I use the unifying receiver)
Also part of my setup is a Logitech Triathlon M720 mouse (similar 3 device support with Bluetooth and unifying receiver). Works great for me.
Keyboard is very comfortable - good responsive keys; the phone/tablet slot quite useful
