I've always been a fan of Logitech, easy set up, the feel of the keys and back light are great. Biggest plus is no cords.

I really like this Logitech keyboard. I was looking for a keyboard to incorporate into my home office setup and was specifically looking for a side number pad and backlit keys. I previously tried a different ergonomic Logitech keyboard that I did like except the keys were super loud when typing and it drove me crazy. So I decided to try this model and love it. The keys make just the right amount of noise and are backlit. It has the side number pad I was looking for and as a bonus it can plug in to be charged so it doesn’t eat batteries. This is a great keyboard!

Love the illuminated keys and thin profile. Keys are smooth and well placed. Holds a charge for days. 2nd one I've owned, since I spilled coffee into my first one, and didn't have a service plan.

I like Logitech products and this is the second Logitech lighted wireless Keyboards that I own. My Office is not brightly lit and I'm not the best typist in the world, so I appreciate the lighted keyboard. If you move your hand anywhere near the keyboard, or touch a key, they light-up. A back-lit look similar to the buttons on most new automobiles. The keyboard has a built in battery, that need to be recharged every few months. Very easy with the included cable that plugs into a USB port on my PC. Like the Logitech Mouse, it has a small USB plug that plugs into one of my PC's ports. No clutter of wires or transmitters. I like that! I highly recommend this keyboard, especially if you like to type in a low lit room.

The Logitech K800 keyboard is the best keyboard I have ever used. The key feel and spacing are excellent. I have been using it for about a month, averaging a couple of hours a day. I charged the keyboard when I first got it and the charge indicator still shows a full charge. (I disabled keyboard illumination, which probably helped).

Wireless device that frees up a USB port since I also have an existing Logitech wireless mouse. The keyboard lights up only when your hands are near it. Rechargeable battery with a long life between charges.

I truly love this product and I know that future buyers will feel the same way. The keypad types very soft and you can really feel the comfort in your hands and you type. Additionally, the ability to turn on the back lights really helps uses see the pad better. The design is very smooth and it does not require battery replacement. That's right, it has a re-chargeable battery installed and all you need to do is connect it to your computer to re-charge. I am a heavy computer user and find that after eight weeks of use that I am still running off my initial charge when I purchased this item. Overall, this is a wonderful product and you will not go wrong in making this purchase !!!!

this keyboard has low profile easy strike keys much like on a laptop, the battery life is good on the perminant battery. I charge mine about every other / every third day. The sensor is very good, the keys light up with in milliseconds. and with multimedia keys this makes this keyboard a no brainer buy !! < but look for it on sale >

Great keyboard. Easy to set up and use. Nice feel to the keys and great to type with. The battery lasts a long time between recharges. The back-lit keys are nice to see in poor lighting. I would buy this keyboard again.

I have owned this model keyboard for years. This is actually my second purchase. The first keyboard worked great for years. The only failure was the batteries stopped recharging. It ends up that they can be replaced with simple AA rechargeable batteries. They keyboard worked for a few years after that but then the shift key and "H" stopped working. Found they still make it, so replaced with a new one. I like the feel of the keyboard. I wish it had a little more travel but overall really good feel. The back lighting is good and turns on with proximity. The battery life is good. I use it for my work so I use it more than 8 hours a day, everyday. It can usually go a couple of weeks before needing a recharge. You can use it while it charges. It works great with my KVM. Ctrl-Ctrl 1 and 2 switches back and forth between computers just fine. The dongle plugs into the kvm usb port.

Best Buy had the best price I could find. I'm even using the keyboard for this review. The keys are robust and have good tactile feel and feedback. The back light can be adjusted easily on the fly. Logitech gets it almost perfect with this keyboard. The recharge function is nice but the battery could last a tiny bit longer when unplugged. Of course I had to get really picky for that because the battery saving feature works well and it has an on off switch for when you walk away for the day or for more than a few minutes. I'm just one who forgets to turn it off and so I keep it plugged in. This is a top notch professional grade keyboard in my opinion. A+ as good as it gets!

This is a great solid keyboard. The action is very good, and it senses your hands and lights up the keys for when you are gaming in the dark! The charge lasts quite awhile as well. The only caveat is that it requires a USB 2.0, so if you have a newer computer and only USB 3.0 you may have some difficulty. Other than I love it.

Good battery life, fast charging and you can still use it while charging. All of the function keys work. I'm using the latest version of Windows 10 Pro 1709. Would recommend! If you game, the charge might not last as long. I work as a blogger and multimedia specialist and get great battery life.

I do my computing in a very dimly lit room. These backlighted keys are absolutely great, no more fumbling for the correct key. Their backlights are the popular elephant-grey color. I have their brightness set at its lowest level. I can't overstate how handsome they look. They're so good looking in this dim computer room, I just want to keep staring at them. gosh. I soon decided to leave the keyboard plugged-in full-time. That way, the keys stay lit. The Logitech docs are useless in explaining how this operates. When you first power up your computer, or restart it, the keyboard reboots itself and the keys stay black. (or briefly light-up, then go black). Then, contrary to normal unplugged operation, when you wave your hand over the keyboard, the backlight does NOT illuminate. You have to press a key* to illuminate them. (Alt or Ctrl will do). Then the keyboard stays illuminated indefinitely, until the computer is shut off or rebooted. *In the above paragraph, that is any key EXCEPT "Fn". If you hit the Fn key to wake up the keyboard, it goes black again after a second. And if you try waking up the keyboard with combination Fn+F5 or Fn+F6 (dimmer or brighter) it just malfunctions. So don't do that. : P After figuring out how it operates while plugged-in, I'm really comfortable with that implementation and like it. Very good. The keyboard feel is absolutely great. The keystroke travel is a little longer than the recent chiclet fashion trend. I don't like those chiclet keyboardss at all. These on this K800, with more travel, I consider a big plus. Also, the keystroke travel gets a very solid bottom, not springy mushiness, without noise. As a bonus, this K800 comes with a usb extender cable for the wireless nano-receiver. I didn't find it necessary, but use it anyway. The usb port it supplies is very solid black plastic, and relatively small. I have it squirreled near an envelope tray on my desk, with the cable dropping down to the tower computer underneath the desk. It works out great.

I have an older Logitech wireless laser mouse which I love that still works perfectly, so my expectations for Logitech products are high. I have wanted a new backlit keyboard ever since I got a Dell desktop with the AWFUL (noisy, cheap) keyboard they sent with it, and when the "a" key became stuck, it was my excuse to finally get the Logitech K800. I love the solid feel of the keys and how quiet it is. The backlit feature is just awesome, and allows me to see the keys perfectly on my low-light desk at night. The keys automatically light when your hand moves near the keys, and the light goes out automatically when you stop and move away, to save battery life. I was worried the cordless keyboard idea could be dicey, but it works flawlessly! Battery will only need charging every few months (and I never even remember to turn it off). If you are worried about anything possibly going wrong, you have the warranty, but you can also buy like 3 years of Geek Squad replacement coverage for something like $10. For me this was the perfect choice and exceeded my expectations! I hope you will love it, too.
