    A Great Keyboard

This is one of the better keyboards that I have used and just so much better than the standard keyboards that comes packaged with most computers. The keyboard comes with a unifying usb receiver and a charging cable for charging the keyboard. With moderate use and the regular backlit key settings, I usually get 2 to 3 weeks of typing before needing to recharge the batteries. This is the wireless version of the similarly designed Logitech K740 which is the wired sibling of this version, and for those who do not want or need a wireless keyboard or have to worry battery life, I would highly recommend the cheaper K740 which is basically the same keyboard. The Logitech "perfect stroke" key set makes this keyboard enjoyable to type on and aside from mechanical keyboards which are pricier, this keyboard is very nice to type on compared to other keyboards. As for the design, I really like the design of the keyboard, it is very slim and modern looking and more curved compared to the K740 which has sharper edges. The back lit keys which turn on with a feature that detects your hands are a plus. The software allows you to disable back light which will increase the battery life. Being wireless, it gives you more freedom, allowing you to move the keyboard away from your workspace or move it around in general without being restricted by wires. Overall this is a great keyboard.

Great multimedia keyboard for using PC hooked up to TV. Lights up well, don't need to buy batteries, uses internal rechargeables.

Having a keyboard with back light was a big sell to me. Also the wireless keyboard keeps my desk organized

Has all but the pretty lights

Hi all, Have been using a keyboard from Saitek for several years, largely because I'm a "10-finger" typist and don't NEED to see the keys, but also because it had various colors of backlighting that looked nice on my desk when the other lights were turned off. After numerous complaints from other people about their inability to use my keyboard with most of the letters worn off, + this new one showing up as a Christmas gift and strong hint from my wife (one of those other users), I finally had to replace it with this one. The Logitech keyboard works very well, and is quite comfortable. In fact... it's probably much nicer than the one I used to have...but the only backlighting it has is white. In short, it completely lacks blue, green, and purple backlighting to make my desk look nice with the lights out. ;-(

    Logitech has awesome customer service

To begin with, I think this keyboard is great... I can easily locate keys in low light, it is very responsive . Unfortunately, after almost a year a key stopped working... I called tech support, tried all the suggestions to no avail... When they realized it was a hardware issue I was able to rma and replace with a bran new one... no hassle, no problems. I will now buy other Logitech products too based on this experience... With this keyboard there are no downsides...

I bought this keyboard because I wanted one with lighted and quiet keys so I could use the computer in the bedroom at night and not disturb another person's sleep. It's very easy to use and looks great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants a great keyboard.

I bought it just for the back-light keys. Keyboard feels good. Buy had to replace two of the keys within a month. They seem to break pretty easily. Once replaced all is good again.

I loved the keyboard. I tried to work it with my Mac, but too many features just didn't work. I returned it for a K750.

I was going to take the time to write a well rounded review but it isn't needed. Just reference all the other 5 star ratings. This is an outstanding keyboard which has increased my typing speed and enjoyment being on a desktop. The buttons are probably the best I've ever felt. I love the back-lighting, the shortcut keys, customization, aesthetics, and unifying software reducing the number of USB ports used. This board is well worth the price.

I have owned this keyboard for two years now. I was very excited to get it as a birthday present. I love that it only lights up when I touch it so the light doesn't drain the battery. I use this to play WoW and LoL and have never had any lag issues due to the wireless connection. The keys have a good response and feel good to type on. I love that since it's wireless I can lounge back in my chair and rest it in my lap.

    Best keyboard

Best keyboard because it is backlit and the keys don't fade as time goes on. You know what I am talking about, 2-3 years down the road and suddenly that H key is looking like an I key or the M key doesn't even look like and M key anymore. Not with this keyboard because the keys aren't painted on but clear so the leds can shine thru. Great design and rechargable too!

Very easy to use right out of the box. Keyboard has many features. Haven't taken the time to read all of the manual yet because the keyboard is almost totally self-explanatory. It's great for working in a darkened room while I watch TV (which was the sole reason I wanted this in the first place.) I set this keyboard on top of my laptop keyboard and it fits perfectly leaving the mouse and clicker area free to use. I love this keyboard.

One of my favorite keyboards because of the velvety feel of the key action and the illuminated keys. It's rechargeable and it lets you know when it needs a charge. Key pressing is almost silent. The illuminated keys are perfect in low lighting situations.

    Fast Response/Super Quiet Keyboard

This is the second K800 keyboard I own. It is super quiet and has a perfect amount of response speed to the touch. The illumination in low light is also a great plus, which I really miss when I don't have. And the unifying receiver works like a champ. (I also have a Logitech mouse, so I paired both keyboard and mouse with the same receiver, which is very easy to do.)

    Best wireless keyboard evah

My favorite keyboards of all time are the k740 and k800. Years ago i randomly got a k740 from bestbuy than the k800 when i needed a wireless one. Turns out i can only use slim profile quiet keyboards anymore. Chunky keys be damned. But anywho, love my k800. Pretty sure its 6-7 years old and i game while the thing sits on my lap in my office chair using a 55 inch tv. But this keyboard has been dropped, kicked, rolled over by my chair, stuff spilling in it, crumbs from all sorts of food products (most recently pizza rolls) but this keyboard is like a honey badger. But anywho, i was thinking 'i should get a new keyboard for the funsies' so i saw the mx keyboards that are slim but i automatically hated them because of the key spacing and lack of the attached wrist support. So i decided that if my k800 ever dies i would just get another k800

    Absolutely Perfect

I bought this as my keyboard for my living room. My TV and PC are about 15 feet from my couch and i've never had a single missed or lost keystroke. I use the product at least 4 times a week, and other than initially, have only had to recharge it once in over two months thanks to the auto-dim and auto-off features. The low profile is easy on my wrists while typing in my lap, or playing a game. I'd say approx. a half to 5/8 -inch thick across the typing surface. Download Logitech's program SetPoint, and program all your F keys and shortcut keys to do just about anything from opening a specific web page, file, folder or custom menu, to registering a combo-stroke assignment (such as Ctrl+Alt+Delete). The software also allows you to use several (I think up to 7) devices like Logitech keyboards, mice, controllers and headsets using the same receiver, which is minuscule. The music key will open whatever program you want it to, and the track switch, volume, and play/pause buttons work with iTunes, Spotify, Windows Media Player.

After spilling liquid on my old keyboard I needed to buy a new one. I'm amazed how quiet the typing is. I use the keyboard all day and it is left on from morning to night so was surprised when I had to finally charge it and it had been 30 days since I hooked it up. Well worth the money.
