No help from Logitech
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great keyboard - UNLESS you change computers and attempt to "sync" it with the new computer. Apparently the unifying device(s) don't work in the new 'puter. I tried downloading the driver - no use. The people at Logitech aren't any help either - too bad :#

Beware what a little liquid can do to this.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Spilled a glass of water near it and now its not working. The water was nowhere near the keys but around the edges. I wiped the entire keyboard with paper towel and thought nothing of it. When I came back a couple hours later it was fried. Keys were not responding, the Caps Lock was stuck, and many other crazy goings on. I only bought this thing three months ago and now it's broke.

Not reliable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this keyboard about 6 months. It's always been indoors, never dropped or hardly moved really. Today out of nowhere the number 2 stops working. Since that's in my computer password I couldn't log on. Had to use a different keyboard to login. Once logged in I tried the keyboard again but this time the number 2 acts like it's pressed constantly. I hit escape and it stopped but then started again moments later. Hit escape again it stopped again. Started acting like number 2 was pressed again shortly after. Googled the issue hoping for a solution but in every case I found, oddly a lot of number 2's stuck on these, the keyboard was not repairable and had to be replaced. So I'm of course not happy about that. Cannot recommend to anyone.

The worst Keyboard Ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The keyboard does not hold a charge. I have even resorted to keeping it plugged in to a USB port at all times. It also stops working and you have to turn it off and then turn it back on to complete trying. It is very sluggish when it does work, type 10 characters and then have to wait to see if it catches up or to identify which characters it totally misses. I spoke to an associate at the store and he recommended buying a wired key board. I bought a Microsoft keyboard/mouse wireless combination for half the price and it works, as it should. I should have returned it when it first acted up within the first month, bur now it is in the junk pile waiting for recycling with the Logitech high end mouse, purchased at the same time, see my other review

Posted .Hi Sorry to see you're unsatisfied with the K800 Illuminated keyboard. Sometimes there is a connection lag due to their possibly being a lot of wireless devices nearby. If that wasn't the case, usually by reconnecting the keyboard to the receiver with the Logitech Unifying Software, also fixes connection issues. Here is the link: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025297913. Hope that helps.

Light sensor failed after one year.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After one year of use the light sensor is failing. The keyboard light doesn't shut off when I move my hands away, hence the light stays on and uses up the battery. Thumbs down unless you want to buy a new keyboard a year later.

non functioning keys
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the dash key does not work - but every key surrounding it adds a repeating dash when struck eg - typing a 0 gets a 0--------------------- or typing a = gets =_------------------------- the repeating dash continues until another key is struck very ANNOYING, will be returning tomorrow if they can test another one, hopefully will be an exchange instead of flat return

good while it lasts
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this is the second such keyboard I purchased and it simply stops connecting via the unifying receiver after awhile. It's probably a driver problem but nothing seems to fix it.
