I use the keyboard in my lap. The rest for the heels of your hands is comfortable, as the keys are for your fingers. The light is nice, though I sit close to the lamp so it isn't on unless I sit in the dark. There is an on/off switch which is conveniently located at the top right. I would have given this keyboard five stars, but it burns batteries much more quickly that the keyboards I've had before.

I had this keyboard before and lent it to a family member and never got it back so bought another and love the keys and the light system. Very easy to use and see.

one of the best i have used. i use my puter in a not so nicely lite area and the lighted key board is fantastic sure help with typos

This is the second time I have bought this keyboard thanks to spilling soda on the first one lol. To it's credit, it still worked pretty well except for the left shift key! Anyway, this is a great keyboard with great lighting and proximity sensor.

I am enjoying this keyboard, has great range and variable settings of intensity. It came with the usb charging cable and every couple days I plug it in over night. I play an online game and spend hours online but haven't run out of power yet. Has the unifying receiver so my mouse and keyboard work off the single receiver and only use one USB slot. The software allows for excellent control of features on both the keyboard and mouse

I got this keyboard by itself because I already had a gaming mouse. Response is great and the keyboard looks fantastic. Rechargeable battery is a plus. I’m sure there are better gaming keyboards, but I have found this one works plenty fine for me.

I got two of the keyboards. It is easy to work with. The illumination makes it convenient to work with in low light.

This keyboard is great - good response, good range and battery life, good illumination on the keys. Not much else to say - really enjoy and recommend this product.

I love how it lights up, especially when the room is dark. Love the feel of the keys also. Also like the white backlight--hubby has red & I like mine better.

It's a nice quiet keyboard, and the lights help me see the keys. Get it on sale.

I should have gotten one of these a long time ago - one of our computers is located in a low light area. This keyboard is great because it lights up as soon as your hands get near it. We did not need the wireless feature, however for many other locations it could be a bonus.

It works perfectly. I love the backlit keys. The rechargeable battery lasts so long, that I still haven't had to recharge it after a month of heavy use.

Works well, the illumination is great and the battery charge goes a long time. Does uts job well.

Bought this for my boyfriend it's the only wireless keyboard I found that was backlit. Battery last a long time and it recharges nicely

I have been pretty shocked at how long the battery in this keyboard will last. I only plug it in for a recharge about once a month over night. The backlighting on the keys are great in those early morning hours when the house is still dark.

A very good keyboard that I use for my laptops when I have it connected to a larger display. I've gone through many wireless keyboards but this one has stuck with me. If you are looking for a good keyboard that also is backlit look no further.

Illuminated keyboard is very helpful. And the spacing and feel of the keys is great, too. Quiet, and wireless connectivity is superb.

I have been using this keyboard for a few weeks now. The keys are responsive and much quieter than my last keyboard. I spend a good part of my day on or hosting web conferences & having the ability to multitask without having to remember to hit the mute button is great.

I have been using this keyboard for several years. I love the layout and the fact that you can run your hand over the keys to illuminate the keys. It does not handle spills very well. I have had to replace it twice after my daughter spilled liquid on the past two.

I love the feel of this keyboard... it is very springy and light. In addition, the back lighting makes it easy to see the keys in dim light.
