Great wireless keyboard with easy setup and pairing.

I've had one of these about 7 years ago. This model has been enhanced over the previous version. It will automatically turn off/go to stand-by if you aren't using it for a while. It has sensors to pick up hand movement and will turn on in time for you to start typing. I find this feature awesome in sometimes I forget to turn it off at night before retiring. It has all the standard keyboard loayout, including the "bumps" on the "f" and "j" keys for us old schoolers that learned to type on regular typewriters. I haven't used the function keys so can't comment on those, but for regular typing in a darker/dimmer environment, I love this keyboard. It also comes in two configuarations. 1. Is a straght dongle that plugs into a USB (2.0 or 3.0) on you laptop (or in my case a USB Hub attached to my laptop) or 2. There is an extension cord that has a USB female port for the dongle to plug into, the the male end to your PC that may sit a bit further away. All-in-all a great keyboard and a very good price. Oh, BTW, the USB Dongle is the new "universal" type that if you purchase another item like a mouse that supports the new universal dongle, then you don't need "two" USBs, just the one and it supports both devices. Make sure your second device supports it (not like I did when I purchased a non-supported mouse) if you want to use only one USB port.

low profile keys are nice to touch light up keys are great and the rechargeable battery plug with usb is the best

We love our illuminated keyboard. Two things to remember--be certain you turn it "on" to start working and "off" when you power down and secondly, that you keep the cords labeled and readily available so you can recharge the keyboard when necessary. The light is sufficient to use the keyboard even in the dark and definitely makes use of the keyboard easier.

The keyboard is nicely packaged and setup quickly. There was a small piece of plastic molding debris under one of the keys which keeps it from being a 5, but the keyboard works well and has a good feel now that I have removed it. I like the lighted keys as it helps me position my fingers in the dark.

Really enjoy the back lighting, on/off choice, ease of use and battery charge using USB plug. Should have bought this sooner!

Battery life is exceptional. The feel of the keys is amazing. As soon as you touch the keyboars, the keys light up. Really great product.

This effort from Logitech is VERY impressive after I dealt with frustrating issues on their K750 Solar Model. The battery life is incredible! I love the motion sensor which illuminates the keyboard when it senses your hands are near it/over the keys. Buttons are quiet and the wrist rest area is helpful. I've considered buying another one to keep in storage!!

It works great.Turns off automatically when not in use. Turns on when your hand is above keyboard. Types very easily

Good key touch and feel. Battery life is very good. The backlit function is great as it lights up when your hand gets close.

Only a HATER! or Logitech could possibly put something negative for this devise, this keyboard is awesome and it would make a perfect gift for your tech spouse. Not to mention its futuristic look and feel hands down the best keyboard I have use, and the battery life is great.

Both my Husband and I love this keyboard. I has a wonderful touch when typing. Best one we have owned so far. Highly recommend. Only thing we have to watch is making sure it is always charged up. But it is worth it.

Touch of Keyboard keys is nice and easy. The lights on the keyboard make keys easy to see. The lights for the battery are easy to see when you need to recharge. I would recommend the keyboard.

keyboard feels great. the keys are nice and smooth. fairly quite too. not a lot of loud clicking and tapping. back light is a nice feature even though I haven't worked in complete darkness yet. it does make it easier to see the keys if you turn the overhead lights off. the only neutral comment I have is the fact that using certain software (autocad, Civil3d) there seems to be a slight drag with the wireless connection when using keyboard prompts. I have tried using the extension for the unifying receiver to get it closer to the keyboard and mouse but that didn't seem to really help. it is not a deal breaker by any means though. overall a great keyboard.

back lit keys are nice but could have better battery

Nice to have they keys lit when typing in darker area,. It stays unlit until handmovement. Also handy wireless and no batteries needed, just a usb.

Having a keyboard that is completely mobile is a definite must-have. The backlighting is great for working in low light
