I bought this wireless keyboard to work with my MacBook Air because I prefer a traditional keyboard to that on the laptop. Even though this is not an Apple compatible keyboard, it actually works great. It doesn't have the lower left hand command, fn, and options keys but otherwise it suits my purpose perfectly. Keyboard feels great, key are non slip and quiet. Keyboard is also illuminated.

Just started using it. Love the back lit keys. Can now see them in low room lighting for my CAD use. Cordless is good but would personally prefer corded keyboard so I don't have to re-charge it.

I've been typing since back in the days of manual typerwriters -- over 40 years. I purchased this keyboard since my home office set up doesn't afford much light down on the keyboard for when I need it. Set up was quick and easy. Since I already owned a Logitech mouse with the advanced USB, I was able to pair this keyboard. I let the keyboard charge fully before using the first time. (Note: Why you must charge it using a USB which is almost the same as having a wired keyboard I don't understand.) However, as I am quite a fast typist, once it got down to me actually working on this, I was missing words, formatting, etc. Definitely not a good thing. After speaking with others who have wireless keyboards, they have had similar issues. I returned this and got the wired version instead. It's like butter. My thoughts and notes can be typed in with no problem of missing words or any delay. I love Logitech items -- just not this one.

This Logitech K800 illuminated wireless keyboard work very well with typing and controlling multi-media software on the computer. The illuminated light underneath keys feel comfortable. I love it.

I love this keyboard a reasonable price for being backlit, you have to wave a hand over the keyboard, and it lights up. Keystrokes are quiet, and it takes little effort to press the keys. Has an on-off switch to conserve battery life. I have charged it once in 6 months (other than when new), I use it moderately and never turn it off. I am 100% satisfied with this keyboard.

Top of their (available) wireless line of non mechanical keyboards from what I could tell. It features an interestingly low pressure/low stroke; key mechanism which makes keystrokes swift, & fairly quiet. Battery life seems fair, but I plug it in dutifully each evening as I leave the device. As such it is a highly recommendable, lightweight & quiet interface for me. Both during work as well as gaming.

I bought the K800 to replace another K800 I had for 5 years. The only reason I needed to replace it is because I stupidly spilled a liquid into the keys and fried it. I was pleased the K800 is still available. it is a great back-lit keyboard that works perfectly with my Logitech M510 wireless mouse. I have been enjoying using Logitech products for years.

I love this keyboard. It has a great feel when typing and the keys are so easy to use. The lighting is wonderful and you have an option for brightness. You will love this keyboard. It is rechargeable with the enclosed USB cable but I just leave it plugged in all the time. No need not to but you can unplug to move around more if needed.

Typing this review is produced with the keyboard. Appropriate key tap sound. Fluid key stroke. I'm not certain if there is a proximity sensor. But, the keyboard comes awake as my hand comes within typing distance. Decent battery charge - used daily for extended hours of highest brightness, approximately 2 weeks before recharge.

I have used the Logitech K800 keyboard for over two years, and recently picked up another one. It is quick, never lags, my fingers and hands rest well on it, and the backlighting is very useful at times when I'd rather not turn on my desk light. It's a lot of money to spend for a keyboard, yes; keyboards usually come with computers or can be bought for under $10.00, but if you spend a lot of time at various times of day and night on your computer, getting the best is worth it.

The keyboard feels great when typing and is easy to use. The background light also helps to see the keys.

This is a great keyboard. Easy to use, great lighted background. Great value for the money.

Low profile keys are great for speed typing. Lighted keyboard helps in as awkwardly-lit room. At last, this wireless keyboard can keep up with my typing speed! Keyboard layout is comfortable and minimizes my wrist strain. Got this one to replace it's Logitec precurser when I spilled coffee on it, and was afraid I wouldn't find another keyboard I like as much. Wrong! This is my all-time favorite keyboard!

It has a sturdy structure and it's heavyweight gives additional stability for typing. A rechargeable battery is an additional benefit. I have several Logitech keyboards and this is the top range among them. I have not tried MX, but if you don't need to use it in multiple computer, it is good enough. Soft-touch feels similar to the laptop keyboard and my wife likes it.

I love the illumination feature of this keyboard. The built in rechargeable battery saves you from buying batteries.

I have two of these and my wife and I think they are great. We like the feel and rear key lighting . I just wish they were Bluetooth and not use my USB port
