I bought this because there was liquid damage done to my laptop keyboard. Only some of the keys could still work. This is very light weight. I place it on top of my laptop keyboard . The downside, for me, is that the keys are very close together. There are no spaces between the keys so it feels like one big raised block. I frequently begin typing or even in the middle of typing find that my fingers are on the wrong keys. I made sure it had the backlight but that only comes on when you move the keyboard. This was useful and a much better option than replacing my laptop keyboard but difficult for me to use especially when I'm typing quickly for work.keyboard

I thought this looked like a good one and gave it a try for my windows pc. I decided to go with the apple keyboard. It was worth the extra cost for sure.

The Logitech - K830 Illuminated Keyboard is not a bluetooth keyboard. You have to use the Logitech Unifying dongle to make it work.

I was told by Best Buy associate that this was the keyboard for my TV. Does not connect. However I do like the keyboard look and seems to have some nice functions.

I got it home and the charging port was broken. Took it back and got a lesser priced model.

This keyboard is a real help in a low light room. However, the period of illumination is much too short. If it was twice as long I would give it 5 stars.

worked with smart TV, trackpad not good for Macbook Air. Keyboard worked, but trackpad did not (it didn't say it would, I just thought it might).

Works very well but back light shuts off too soon. Size is small which was what I was looking for, but the issue with the lighting for me makes it less than perfect!

The product description is vague at best, wanted strictly bluetooth, this is not(after asking an employee who assured me it was) it DOES use a Dongle

Did not work with a raspberry pi where as a less expensive option from another company worked immediately with both a computer and a raspberry pi.

I waited awhile to write this review because I was so on the fence about it. It's only because I logged in to Best Buy to write another review that I was reminded about this keyboard. You know the one that's probably pouting cuz I locked it away in a closet months ago. I got a great deal on it which is about the only positive thing I could say about it.... And that a compliment to Best Buy and not logitech. The keyboard is heavy which I thought I'd enjoy.... But come to find out I liked the lightweight K400 keyboard over this one (plus it's 1/3 the price). Hated the fact the batteries were built in and you had yo charge it very regularly... Like daily. I use rechargeables in my K400 and only need to replace them ever other month or so. The backlight wasn't great and had lots of problems with the track pad and it's sensitivity.... To be fair, I've had the problem with all logitech keyboard with a track pad...this one just seemed worse. Sorry, I wanted to love this.. But it never happened.

I ordered this as a brand new item. I got a repackaged keyboard with drink spots on it along with some hair. Try to reach Best Buy to get it resolved is a joke. The only way I found is through their forum. Ha! Anyway, if you buy this, buy it in store. I would not, and will not, trust Best Buy online ordering again. After cleaning and disinfecting, the keyboard works. The product probably should receive 5 stars. It connects via bluetooth with no problems and works. The trackpad on the side will take some getting used to but I need it more than a 10 key pad. I'm using it with a laptop, a wacom tablet, and 2 monitors so getting back a little is important so I can see all the screens. All in all, I'm happy with the keyboard. Too bad there is not a separate review for best buy.

Keyboard was ok, and seemed cool when I bought it. It's just not my cup of tea though as I couldn't get used to the track pad.

so far the keyboard is great be carefull when installing the driver they will try and trick you into downloading spam

Feels pretty cheaper, touch pad is clumsy and hard to use. Would not recommend

The keyboard was great for about 20 days. After configuring the touchpad, some keys became unresponsive (upper arrow, right shift key, right enter key....) The touchpad responsiveness is faulty when trying to go page up... Can't believe that Best Buy cannot even offer a full month of return warranty.... who can we trust these days?

Bought to try to use with either my smart TV or Mac Mini, could not get it to fully sync with either via bluetooth.

like the keyboard at the 49.99 black friday price but would not pay 99. May return it at 49.99 track pad is awful

The product did not work with me Samsung 4K TV which is not to suggest it wouldn't work quite well for another Tv

Has potential, but scrolling with the pad is choppy - on Mac and Windows operating systems. I tried Windows (several versions) and MAC. Just awful. The K400 Plus performs equally, and costs far less. Given where we are with technology today, this keyboard is a disgraceful product. Keyboards & touch pads 101... apparently, that has gone out the window.
