I bough the Ultrathin keyboard cover based on the ratings of others, but I was really disappointed with this accessory. The keyboard is very light. The keys are lower profile and for me, did not have a good feel at all. I kept getting repeating characters "tt", "rr", etc. The cover does not protect the Ipad whose back is totally exposed. The keyboard itself also has a backing of brushed metal that looks just like the Ipad so that when you close the whole thing, it looks the same front and back. A magnetized edge on the cover sticks on the Ipad and then to use the keyboard, you have to pull the cover apart from the Ipad. I decided to return this, but had I kept it, I would definitely have purchased something else to put the whole thing into to protect the Ipad. I exchanged this for the "Logitech Tablet Keyboard" (detached) which is not only about $40 cheaper, it is much nicer.

My wife wanted a keyboard for the Ipad2. She didn't like the bulk and weight of the "notebook" style boards. This one is perfect in every way.

Very slim and lightweight. This takes the place of your magnetic cover. Also has auto shutoff feature for your Ipad. Very easy to use!

I went through 3 other keyboards before getting this one. My search has ended as this keyboard is both portable and easy to get used to.

Great product that provides the laptop feel for note taking at conferences, emails, etc. Slim enough to fit into most iPad cases.

Great overall keyboard. Only minor thought is that it would be better if the power switch or indication was a bit more prominent.

If you have to do inputting, I would recommend this one. It also serves as a cover. Keys feel good when typing.

This product has made my iPad into a netbook also. Love this item. I don't use my laptop any longer.

Found that this was over-hyped given the price- there is a delay between typing on the keyboard and stuff showing up on the screen and the keys are a little finicky. Batteries run down quickly. If you are going to spend this kind of money on a tablet keyboard, check out the Zagg ProPlus- found it to be more user-friendly when I played with it in the store but didn't try out the version with the backlit keys (Ultrathin doesn't have this feature).

This keyboard is great for both a cover and a keyboard for the iPad.

Works great with iPad. Makes typing very easy. Well worth the money.

I owned the keyboard for 4 months when the adhesive strip came out. Without it, the ipad will not stand up and causes major problems with the screen. It was a great keyboard. I like the design and light weight. However, Logitech's customer service is absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. They refuse to replace the keyboard despite the flaw and supplying them with the requested information.

The rubber strip that keeps the iPad snug in the slot came off on my 4th or 5th use, and the adhesive has wreaked havoc on my iPad. It gets stuck, and the adhesive goo is all over my iPad screen and ripped off my screen cover film. I don't know if this happens to all of them or just mine, but I won't be using it anymore.

If it worked correctly, this would be a great keyboard. Bestbuy was great and gave me a full refund. I chose not to try another Logitech keyboard so I don't know if the problem was with the one keyboard I purchased or is a more common problem. For the price, I expected much better quality. I bought an apple clone keyboard for a fraction of the price which works great but does not travel as well because it does not act as a cover for the iPad. What I am finding is typing on the iPad virtual keyboard is not that difficult when you get use to it so I normally leave the keyboard at home!
