    The new Logitech Combo Touch for the iPad pro M4 has gone downhill in almost every way. First off, I want to say that I loved the last generation’s combo touch. I Loved it so much that I even convinced my parents to get one for their iPad’s. That being said, I was very excited to try out the new Combo Touch, only to be extremely disappointed. The first thing I noticed when taking it out of the box is how bad the build quality is. The case is made of mostly plastic with a soft plastic seam around the front - this acts as the bezel. This is held on by some cheap glue and it’s already falling apart (see the picture below). When the kickstand is extended, you can really tell just how flimsy the back of the case is. The outer side of the case has a soft TPU type material which collects fingerprints. As far as the keyboard goes, Logitech added the same TPU material around the keyboard as whatso in the case. This is not very comfortable to type with due to it being so slippery. The backlit keys are low profile and in my opinion are a little too low. The trackpad rattles a bit, leading me to think it was not seated correctly. The back of the keyboard is now plastic and is a fingerprint magnet, it also makes the keyboard look incredibly cheap (see picture below). Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the new Combo Touch. I don’t understand how Logitech can take such an amazing product and turn it into trash. The fact that the plastic bezel was coming off right out of the box shows me that this won’t hold up very long. The plastic case that shows more fingerprints than anything else, makes it look cheap. Typing on the keyboard doesn’t feel good because it’s too slippery causing my hands to slip. And all this for a premium price…I definitely would not recommend this case to anyone.

    Complete Garbage - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR

    Absolutely terrible product. I bought one new and in less than 10 months it started to fall about. The rubber lining around the screen peeled off, the track pad registers multiple touches even if you only have one finger on it (this leads to your home screen layout getting moved around a lot) and randomly the keyboard wouldn't register keystrokes. I warranted it out and what a difficult process. It takes multiple phones calls and emails. they also want photo and video evidence of each issue. And good luck getting them the photos and videos. They request them via email and then your email gets kicked back because the file size is too big for their severs. They also request you mail in your defective keyboard case before they will send you a new one. So if it is your only case, like me, then you just don’t have a case until the new one arrives in 7-10 business days. On top of that the replacement case they sent me also had issues with the trackpad and key strokes. I. called back about it and they started making em the whole warranty process again. I am throwing this in the garbage and buying something else. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY.

    Unhappy - Logitech Keys to Go Slim

    I bought this because I needed it for travel and communication. Two issues: 1) It did not enter text into chats with technical staff. 2) The lack of a mouse make maneuvering fields difficult if not impossible 3) the arrow keys did not allow me to navigate to different fields.

    The keyboard is quite nice, but the case for the iPad is poorly made around the edges. The silicon separates toward the bottom center, left and right (in landscape mode), into its three component parts. Had the silicon been molded as a single solid part, this problem would not exist. If only using with the keyboard and not handheld, it should be fine. The keyboard is much better that the Apple in my opinion.

    Heavily disappointed, loved the previous version of this product. The keyboard is amazing, but everything else is not really good. Cannot attach some USB devices. Fingerprints and scratches everywhere as per other reviews!

    Mouse Stopped Working

    I bought this on May 15 and by July the mouse does not work. The keys still work but the mouse does not. There was no dropping of it, etc. - it’s very well taken care of, it just decided it no longer would like to work. I would not recommend buying this at all. It broke right after my timeline to be able to return it so I’m out the cost of it and it didn’t even make it two months.

    I bundled this keyboard with a brand new iPad. The iPad was on sale for $100 off and the keyboard was on sale for 25% off. When I went to return the keyboard in store because I did not need it due to receiving another one at Christmas, they removed the $100 discount from my iPad that I purchased at the same time stating that because it was bundled I lose all discounts and would only be refunded around $75 instead of the full purchase price of the keyboard.

    Poor Design - Product Failed Twice

    I purchased this and the edge of the rubber came off around the screen, it is a very poor design, after spending an hour with Logitech customer service and sending them receipts, pictures and videos of the design flaw, they sent me a warranty replacement. The warranty replacement had no further warranty and within 3 months it came apart at the same seem wraps around the screen. There are many other reviews of this product with the exact same failure of the rubber trim piece.

    The combo keyboard case was perfect but in 15 months keys started coming out. Warranty is valid for 12 months only, so a big waste of money. Better to buy Apple product rather than saving some dollars on this.

    Update! After six months of gentle light use by adults only indoor home , no traveling no work the case is falling apart. At this price it should last much longer. Great secure case, wish the keyboard had Bluetooth options.
