Connection is where it is 50/50 which is not good. I have both Ergo keyboard and this mouse. Use on 2 different computers. Always make sure to have other off so it doesn't try to connect to both. Still have issues with it saying connected. But it is not. Reset mouse and keyboard multiple times. Even though it has 3 settings. Doesn't work well when it is use with the other computer on. Even when setting is different. 1, 2 and 3. So for multiple computers in same area this mouse doesn't work well shared.

My hand was going numb with the old mouse I was using. I've never had a vertical mouse. This was such a great purchase! It's easy and comfortable to use with minimum movement. I no longer have numbness in my hand. Love this mouse!

It did not. It’s hard to use because the vertical of the mouse. If you want to quickly type something with your mouse hand it’ll knock over the house. You also have to pick it up to move it places and it heavier than most. I ended up returning for a MX3.

I got this mouse hoping it would help, even if it was small. This mouse has drastically helped my wrist pain. You have a two week return policy. Couldn’t hurt to just try it out!
