    Defective design

I bought one in summer 2022 and the left click (the top button on the vertical mouse design) stopped working after about 10 months. Logitech replaced it because the one-year warranty hadn't expired. After a year, the replacement mouse had the same problem. Left click button stopped responding. Logitech won't replace this one because the original warranty applies and has expired. So expect this mouse to malfunction after a few months to a year.

Did not help my carpal tunnel syndrome

My husband bought me this mouse thinking it would help my carpal tunnel syndrome. It has not. In fact now my right thumb is hurting in places it wasn't before. It does feel nice in my hand and performs well. Just don't think it's a miracle cure. Also, when I was using a regular mouse, I used to switch from my right hand to my left when my hands would fall asleep. You cannot use this mouse left handed.

Also the battery that came with it died on me in 2 seconds. It also keeps freezing. Not sure if I Just got a bad one or what, we'll see what Best Buy does to help.

Does not play well with Mac

I'm a Mac user. I wanted this to get some hand relief, and this is supposedly better than Apple's Magic Mouse. But I could not get this to work. I got it paired well with the Mac, but the cursor was impossible to control and the front click would often not work. Back it goes!

We're sorry about your experience with the Logitech product. Try turning off the mouse from the computer and try cleaning the sensor on the underside with compressed air or a cotton swab and check for background updates on your mac. Also, try the device on a different computer and check if that makes any difference.
