I can’t explain this feeling so you just need to buy it and use it yourself. I honestly wish I had bought it sooner and now I cannot use a regular mouse. Also, with this one there is no Clicky sound. I love it!

My only complaint is that they don't make a larger version for folks with bigger hands or longer fingers! Seems silly to have a one-size-fits-all product when clearly there are users with hands of all sizes.

It takes a little while to get used to it. Once you do, it's a whole new level of comfort. Plus, you can change the disposition and choose your speed. Love it. I originally got the larger version of this but it was just too big for my hand. This was a MUCH better fit!

Carpal Tunnel

Ever since I started using it, I haven’t had near as many problems with my carpal tunnel. It’s such a natural feel for my wrist in this position. Did not believe there would be a difference but this style mouse is more comfortable for me. It will be a personal choice, but my wrist didn’t get as tired and after a long day of designing didn’t get cramps or that “tingling” feeling. Wish I had tried it sooner.
