But after a week or so, I really started to love it. The controls are very positive -- there is no slop in how this mouse works. Your wrist and hand are in a much more ergonomic position with this mouse than with traditional mouses (mice?).

I had been using the vertical MX, but it was a bit large and awkward. Switch over to the lift and have been super happy with the size/performance. Only criticism is that the lift takes standard/replaced batteries whereas the vertical has an internal/rechargeable power source.

Great little mouse good for office workers

It is however very comfortable and has easy customization available. I would greatly recommend this to anyone doing more computer office work. Its very easy on the wrist too. Only reason i didn't keep it was because the other device had more buttons to customize and was more ergonomic for gaming. The lazer on this device is smooth and responsive.

Good ergonomic mouse

I had a Logitech MX Vertical that stopped working wirelessly, and this was a replacement. It is a bit smaller than the MX vertical, and the materials overall seem to be good quality. Battery is standard AA not a built-in rechargeable. But the cost also reflects this, so I am very satisfied with this mouse.

Ergo alternative that works well with Mac

Fine movements can be made by the wrist and not the entire hand/forearm with the MX Vertical. Natural touch and the design fits comfortably between the thumb and the index finger. The silent click takes a bit to get used to and is an easy transition. I wish the grey version is available for the left hand. (I prefer using a mouse with my left hand but I can use either hands.) The color scheme matches the Mac very well, esp. the white Magic Keyboard and the Magic Touchpad. I use the Lift with my Mac Studio. Bluetooth pairing is very easy and the software needed for configuration is okay (currently still in beta). Battery life shows alongside with all my Magic input devices and presents an integrated look and feel to the Mac. This is the only vertical mouse I've tried that actually works well, esp. in a Mac system.
